Atul

It’s best to go on a plant based lifestyle and see how your nervous problems improves. The actions we do, the thoughts and words are basically due to the communications from organs to the brain and vice versa. If that’s not cortectlyhappening then there can be various issues.

Have fruits and vegetables all day for 1 month for all 3 meals and let us know if you feel any changes. Don’t take any medicines. Just start with fruits and eat as many fruits as you can and as many vegetables as you can. Avoid all salt sugar milk curd coffee rice wheat everything cooked avoid. Let us know how you have improved in one month and we can discuss after that

Hello Ji

Mind has a very close relation with breathing. A person has short and shallow breathing when feeling tired or exhausted.

Take a relaxed position and breathe deep using the abdomen muscles. Let the diaphragm expand while breathing in, and contract while breathing out. This will immediately relax you
and increase your energy level.

Fresh fruits, fruit juices, vegetables (raw or cooked or boiled), vegetable juices, sprouts, nuts, dry fruits, will keep you energetic  as well.

Do some pranayama and yoga.

Do spend more time with plants and trees.

Stay Healthy.

Hi Atul,

You are holding some trauma from an event which you are not willing to admit that it has affected you. There is a simple way you can actually cure yourself at home.

Follow the steps :

1. Acknowledge that event from recent past

2. Watch you tube video "The cure is within you"

3. Follow the technique given there.

Here is the link for the same.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nWsiEJ0Lm5o&t=23s

We share the above insight with you, from NV Life, which is a health and well-being organisation. All our understanding of emotional distress, mental disorder and disease is based on the book Meditation-The Cure (by Naveen Varshneya), which shares the wisdom, from the author’s decade-long research, in the form of this self-help book. The book outlines a step-by-step approach to finding the cure within you.
We would recommend that you read the book, to empower yourself to find your cure within.
Meditation-The Cure is available on amazon.in.
