Assimilation and elimination of food we consume are two important activities and these are not happening. You need to add more alkaline food in your diet. Avoid having food which is difficult to digest. Avoid or restrict your cooked meals. Avoid fried food, multi-grain food, cookies, dairy and non-veg food. Have more food rich in fiber, leafy vegetables, salads.
Take small morsels of food, chew it properly. Do not have liquid (esp. water) in between meal and an hour after the meal. Check your eating habits, and daily routine. Often mind too has a role to play in our acidity and inflamation. Unaddressed thoughts may lead to poor bowel health leading toconstipation and gas problems. Practice Laghu Shankh Prakshalana (for bowel cleaning) under guidance of a yoga trainer.
नमस्ते,
खाना खाने से एक घंटा पहले गीला पट्टी पेट पर रखें।
एक टब में पानी भर कर उसमें 20 मिनट के लिए बैठें।
हाज़मा और क़ब्ज़ ही इस बीमारी का मूल कारण है।
फल, मेवे, सलाद को मुख्य भोजन बनाएँ।
खाने को अच्छे से चबा कर खाएँ और पानी या जूस को मुँह में रख रख पीएँ। खाना के तुरंत बाद पानी या जूस ना पीएँ।
सुबह 20 ग्राम पेठा (ashguard) पीस कर 100ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल खाएँ, दोपहर 12 बजे पालक के 10 पत्ते+ पुदीना 10 पत्ता पीस कर 100ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। 1घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी या सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।
रात के खाने में सलाद लें और सलाद 8 बजे से पहले लें। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें, नारियल की गिरि मिलाएँ।
लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा।
जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।
तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।
खाना के बाद वज्र आसन में बैठें 10 मिनट के लिए अगर बैठ सकें तो बहुत अच्छा होगा।
गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें, रुकें फिर पूरा स्वाँस ख़ाली कर के रुकें, साँस लें ते एक चक्र है ऐसे 10 चक्र करें, जितनी देर स्वाँस को सहजता से रोक सकें उतना ही रोकें।
