Take proper sleep.
Avoid over exposure to computers,mobiles, laptops, tv.
Protect your eyes from pollution and dust.
Keep cucumber slices on your eyes.
Use ice pack on eyes.
Wash your eyes with cold water at some intervals.
Pay attention to your diet, have seasonal fruits, vegetables, beans,sprouts.
Have fresh homemade juices of fruit and vegetables.

Dark circles are life style related problem so first of all try to understand why this happened
There are same reasons behind dark circles like improper sleeping habits use of excessive junk food, oily food etc
For this problem you can do meditation, anulom vilom, bhramri like aasans
Try to maintain good sleep

नमस्ते
आँखों के नीचे कालापन मिनरल की कमी को दर्शाता है। दिमाग में पर्याप्त मात्रा में ऑक्सिजन नहीं पहुँच पा रहा है। इसके लिए अनुलोम विलोम, भ्रामरी प्रयाणाम करें। मेरुदंड को सीधा रख कर ये क्रिया कभी भी करें। गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें, रुकें फिर पूरा स्वाँस ख़ाली कर के रुकें, साँस लें ते एक चक्र है ऐसे 10 चक्र करें, जितनी देर स्वाँस को सहजता से रोक सकें उतना ही रोकें।
मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें, हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें।
हफ़्ते में ३ दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।
मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।
आप अपने से जुड़ी सकारात्मक और प्रेरणादायक
10अच्छे बातों को आप किसी कॉपी में लिखें और आइने के सामने उसको ऊँचे स्वर में बोलें।
सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ।
आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा१/२+धनिया पत्ती पीस लें, १०० ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ।
दोपहर में १२बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें और इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ, शाम को नारियल पानी लें फिर २घंटे तक कुछ ना लें।रात के खाने में सलाद बिना नमक के खाएँ।
आँखो पे सूती कपड़े को गुलाब जल में डुबो कर रखें और उसके ऊपर खीरा और धनिया का पेस्ट रखें २० मिनट के लिए रखना है रोज़ दो बार ये करें।

also try this,
Peel and slice ½ cucumber
Peel and chop 1 potato
Crush them together to make paste
Press this paste on a sieve
Extract the juice
Chill the juice
Dip cotton pads in the juice
Place them on your eyelids making sure they cover the entire dark spots
Leave for 15-20 min
Wash gently
Do this daily on regulary to see improvement.
