There are certain things that your sister in law could do to relieve herself of the leg pain.
1 Change her food habits a little and include more fresh fruits and veggies in her diet.
The cooked grains could be just 10 % of her daily intake. Fresh locally grown seasonal fruits could be 50% of her daily consumption of food and vegetables could be 35%. Soaked nuts could be 5%.
2 Learn and practice yoga. One thing she could do daily without fail is lying near a wall and put up her feet straight on the wall. Stay and relax in this position for 15 to 20 minutes. This will help relieve the pressure from her feet.
3 Every night before going to bed, she could take a hot foot bath. Fill a bucket up to 3/4 of its capacity with bearable hot water and keep her legs in it from 15 to 30 minutes. She could hold a cold, wet towel on her head at the same time. Then remove the feet, pat it dry, apply any oil and go to bed.
4 Ask her to spend time in nature, relaxing in the sun, breath in the fresh air and get some grounding at least for 30 minutes every day.
5 Rest and relax whenever there is a pain. Don’t overstrain herself.
6 She could get a massage for the lower body from her waist down once in 15 days.
Follow these basic instructions, and she will start feeling better. During the process, if there are any doubts or hurdles, do not hesitate to get in touch for further guidance.

Make garlic paste and add coconut oil to it and then boil it.Apply this prepared oil when it is warm on legs and massage.
Ask her to put legs in warm water for 5-10min and then in cold water for 5-10min and then again in warm water.Repeat this 5-10times.

दर्द वाले जगह पर धनिया + खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ 20 मिनट के लिए। दिन में दो बार तिल के तेल से घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में
और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं देना है।
प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली को अपनाने से हाज़मा और क़ब्ज़ की समस्या ठीक होगा। ऐसा होने से दर्द से छुटकारा मिल जाएगा। आइए प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली में हम 5 प्रकार के आहार से अवगत हों।
1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें, रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।
2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें। इसके बाद फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक समय पर करना है। ये दिन में चार
3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपका सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।
4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें। खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।
मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।
5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा1/2 + धनिया पत्ती पीस लें, 100ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ, 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।
दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें और इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ, शाम को नारियल पानी लें फिर 2 घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। ताज़ा नारियल को पीस कर मिलाएँ।
लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ। पृथ्वी तत्व को शरीर में डालने का एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं।
खीरा + धनिया + तिल पीस कर पेस्ट बना लें। लगाएँ 20 मिनट के लिए और फिर साफ़ कर लें। इससे दर्द में तुरन्त आराम मिलेगा।

The causes of leg pain in women aged 50, may originate, from the muscles, bones, joints, ligament, tendon and even blood vessels. The pain can be a sciatic pain which occurs due to a disc prolapse in the lumbar region, compressing on a nerve, causing the pain to radiate to the legs. It may even be due to DVT(deep vein thrombosis), a female at this age may be nearing her menopause and maybe her bones are weak, due to osteoporosis, she may suffer from varicose veins, as she stands for long durations and this may be the cause of her pain, it may be even due to increased blood sugar levels, please take her to a physician first and find out the cause of her pain and rule out anything dangerous. In case she has no specific illness and if it's due to chronic fatigue and weakness, all she needs is a good nutritious diet, avoidance of toxic food, good hydration and appropriate exercises to strengthen her muscles.
