It will be very easy for you to remove your specs. Just follow these simple steps
1 keep a mud pack or a wet pack or a grated carrot pack on your eyes every morning for 30 mts.
2 Reduce the use of gadgets where you need to use your eyes a lot .
3 After each use or after every couple of hours you can do palming ( google for how to do it)
4 Fill your mouth with cold water and splash some cold water on your face simultaneously 4 times a day.
5 Spend time in nature, look at the fresh green trees and plants at least for half an hour every day and drink in the greenery through the eyes.
6 Learn some eye excercises from a yoga teacher and practice it daily.

It's quite difficult to remove specs or correct eyesight but via following some diet and yoga aasans you can correct it
1 rest your eyes properly
2 protect your eye from sun rays, avoid excessive exposure of computer, TV etc
3 follow vitamin and mineral enrich diet
Specially vitamin A, you can use carrot juice, coriender juice, spinach it helps in vision
4 regular yoga like pranayam, bhramri, tratak etc
5 tarpan has good result in eye vision improvement

its is because of extra melanin production n high inflammation in your body. for that you should increase the consumption of salads fruits n citrus fruits in your . stop the consumption of iodized salt n refined oils.
increase the consumption of fresh mint corriander ,tulsi,fennel seeds that will help you maintain ph bal of your body n skin. help you decrease the inflammation in your body

आँखो के व्यायाम से और आहार शुद्धि से आँखो स्वस्थ हो जाएँगी।
सूर्य उदय या सूर्य अस्त का दर्शन करें और 11 बार गायात्रि मंत्र का पाठ भी करें।
आँखों को दाएँ (right) से बाएँ (left) की ओर 5 बार देखें फिर आँखों को बंद कर लें। अब आँखों को बाएँ (left) से दाएँ (right) देखें 5 बार फिर आँखों को बंद करे लें।अब आँखों से ऊपर नीचे देखें 5 बार फिर आँखों को बंद करें।अब आँखों को जल्दी जल्दी बंद करें खालें 5 बार। अब आँखों को घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) 5 बार और घड़ी की उल्टी दिशा (anti clockwise) 5 बार घुमाएँ। अपने हाथों के अंगुठे को सीधी दिशा में रखें और दूर से एक दम पास नाक के नोक पर सटा लें। फिर दूर ले जाएँ इस प्रक्रिया को 5 बार दोहराएँ। आँखों को बिना गर्दन को हिलाए डुलाए ये प्रक्रिया करना है।
एक सुती कपड़ा को गुलाब जल में भिगो कर रखें आँखों पर और उसपे खीरा का पेस्ट लगा कर 20 मिनट के लिए छोड़ दें।
आइए प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली में हम 5 प्रकार के आहार से अवगत हों।
1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें, रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।
2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें। इसके बाद फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक समय पर करना है। ये दिन में चार
3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपका सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।
4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें। खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।
मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।
5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा1/2 + धनिया पत्ती पीस लें, 100ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ, 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।
दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें और इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ, शाम को नारियल पानी लें फिर 2 घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। ताज़ा नारियल को पीस कर मिलाएँ।
लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ। पृथ्वी तत्व को शरीर में डालने का एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते।

Your eyes' health depends greatly on your full body health. Have green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits in your diet.Also include salads to your meals.
Do yoga and pranayam. Also do eye exercises.
Don't use computers, mobiles, laptops, tv for long time.
Have good amount of water.
Give splashes of cold water to your eyes.

Do some Eye exercise to improve your point and can avoid Specs.
1. Blinking Eyes: Close your eyes fully and count to 2.
Then, squeeze the eyelids together and again count to 2.
Finally, open your eyes and count to 2.
Repeat a few times.
2. Massage Therapy:
Rub some lukewarm olive oil on your palms.
Using your fingers, gently massage the eyelids and muscles above the eyebrows for about 10 seconds.
Then massage your lower eyelids against the lower bones for about 10 seconds.
Finally, massage the temples and upper cheekbones for another 10 seconds
Do this 1 or 2 times daily.

- Regular intake of carrot in juice in the form of juice or salad form helps to improve your vision.
- Carrot rich in many minerals like vit. A, B, B 12, calcium and magnesium which are very good for the eyes.

- Increase intake of green and leafy vegetables like spinach, Palak, broccoli, lettuce etc.
- Take nuts and dry fruits daily.
- Avoid watching TV, mobile, PC for long time.
- Avoid strain on the eyes.
- Regular cold compress to eyes, cold mud pack to eyes to Relieve strain of stress on eyes.
- Regular eye exercises. Like left to right, rotation on clockwise and anti clockwise. Up and down movements and diagonal.
- Practicing Yoga and pranayam.
- Jala neti and Sutra neti also improve eye sight.
- Practice trataka is more beneficial (under proper guidance)
