I have irritable bowel syndrome since childhood. Please help me to get rid of it.

Irritable bowel syndrome as the name indicates, is caused when the colon is lined with rotting waste, unwanted bacteria and foods that was not digested properly in the stomach and before coming into the colon. The causes still remains the same - foods such as dairy eggs, gluten, meat, seafood consumed over a long period of time with heavy fats and proteins that weakens the bile and the hydro chloric acid in the gut. With weaker stomach acids and and ineffective weak bile, the food does not to get digested properly and leaks into the intestine while the pathogens feed on them . Overtime it reaches the colon which is the final dumping ground. This causes inflammation, pains constipation, diarrhoea and can also result in piles, fissures and yeast infections on the excretory organs.


To heal this condition., It is best that you start cleaning the  GUT, which in turn will clean the liver, which in turn will be ready to absorb and deliver nutrients throughout the body and eventually cleaning the intestine as well.  If the previous organs in the process have done their job, the colon will not have to take a hit. it’s very important that the liver starts doing its job to heal any kind of intestinal issues/organs of excretion so that the unwanted food , pathogens and heavy metals doesn’t end up in the intestines and colon. Ideally these are supposed to thrown out naturally after altering its state, but when they end up as-is, they attract more issues in the colon which the colon might not be geared up to do 


When body organs are clean, they do their job perfectly well. With a right lifestyle this can be achieved . You must switch to a low fat plant based lifestyle. Low fat here because fats also come in low % from raw foods like fruits vegetables and greens. 


  1. Give rest to the colon by juicing majorly for few days with green fruit or veg juices only in abundance like it’s your meal. 
  2. Take water enema for a month without interfering with your normal bowel movements 
  3. Stop the consumption of dairy eggs meat seafood
  4. Stop all forms of fats ( oils , grease , nuts seeds ) that will add load to an already compromised liver
  5. Stop all forms of foods that are purchased
  6. Go raw on greens, fruits majorly for one full month/ 2 months as conditions improve
  7. Cooked food post that has to be only once a day without using oils or ghee with 30% grains that are gluten free and oilfree, unpolished, unrefined 
  8. Wheat and foods with maida wheat has to be avoided 
  9. Sugar and processed sweetners avoided 
  10. Place a cold wet towel daily on the abdomen for 30 mins. Start with 5 mins hot towel and 25 mins cold
  11. Exposure to sunlight for 30 mins
  12. Practice mental peace, leading a stress free life, free of any form of negativity

Thank you...! I have a same problem nd left side lower abdominal pain... Due to that feeling very discomfort, in night sleeplessness, due to that very much negative feeling, i consulted to doctor nd even though reports are normal... I maintaining the diet too.. Feeling bored of that...! Can I should do colonoscopy? Because that's one study I didn't do.. But doctor told me coz I hv Constipation... Tell me plz what should I do?

As adviced, quit - all animal products, sugar , wheat, maida, refined oil, any outside food as they the ingredients u quit

Start your day with 500ml cucumber juice in future daily
and stay on only fruit , veg, green, tender coconut for 3 days

Buy an enema kit from a local medical shop and take water enema for a month daily after your regular morning bowel movements , keep a wet cold towel on stomach daily for 30min. Start with 5 min warm and 25 mins cold. Continue this in future for a month

4th day onwards
Cucumber juice first
Next hunger big bowl of fruits
Again Veg juices, green juice and fruits for whole day.
Like this 7 more days. If u feel hungry drink juice or eat more fruits . If pain persists, continue only juices more. We must give rest from solid foods

If u feel better, for the near future all ur life
Veg Juices till 12
Fruits and leaves for lunch
Veg Salads next hunger
Dinner millets oilfree

Hi there ,

IBS is an uncomfortable disorder characterized by dramatic changes in bowel movements. Some people experience diarrhea, while others have constipation. Cramps and abdominal pain are common as well .

You'll have to adjust your diet according to the daily health condition . See to it that your food doesn't cause further complications. 

1.High-fiber diet

Fiber adds bulk to your stools, which helps aid in movement. Fiber-rich foods, such as fruits, vegetables, and whole grains help prevent constipation. 

2. Low-fiber diet

While fiber can help some people with IBS, increasing fiber intake can worsen symptoms if you frequently have gas and diarrhea. Do not completely eliminate fiber from your diet, concentrate on sources of soluble fibers such as apples, berries, carrots, and oatmeal.

3.Always go for gluten free diet which means eliminate barley ,rye , wheat and yeah not forgetting to cut off completely coffee, chocolates and nuts from your diet

हाज़मा इस बीमारी का मुल कारण है। पाचन तंत्र कमज़ोर हो गया है। अनुशासन बद्ध तरीक़े से प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली अपनाने से आप स्वस्थ हो जाएँगे।

हमारा शरीर 5 तत्व से बना हुआ है वो 5 तत्व का सामंजस्य ठीक प्रकार से होते ही शरीर पूर्णतया स्वस्थ हो जाएगा।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें। ये एक चक्र हुआ।ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है ये दिन में चार बार करें|

खुले हवा में बैठें या टहलें

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ सर और आँख को किसी सुती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपका सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर सुती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें। खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा१/२+धनिया पत्ती पीस लें। 100ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ, 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल में केला खाएँ। 

दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें।इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ। शाम को नारियल पानी लें फिर 2 घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के खाने में सलाद बिना नमक के खाएँ। ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं।

ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा।

Anima किट online से मँगा लें। 15 दिनों तक टोना (enema)लें। सादा पानी 200ml गुदा द्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल का त्याग करें।ये ज़रूरी है बहुत सालों के विषाक्त (toxic) कणों बाहर निकालने के लिए।

To Treat IBS naturally one should avoid inflammatory food.
you should avoid spicy starchy undigestive food, dairy food.
IBS is mainly occurring due to stress, so one should avoid stress mainly.
Eat banana, avocado, ash gourd, non spicy non oily food, nuts, dates. coconut water.
Listen to good music practice meditation, avoid stress.
