Hi i am 20 years old my weight is only 40kg i feel very tired or weak please give me any idea to gain weight or solve my problem of tiring

Hello
* Have nutritious food time to time. 
* Have apple juice daily 3 times in a day
* Avoid having junk food. 
* Each green leafy vegetables n fruits more. 
* Drink water 3 litres
* While having food chew it properly. 
* Do yoga daily for one hour.
