I am 24 year old,my weight is 65 kg. Plz give me instructions for weight loss rapidly

* Daily morning jogging or fast walking for 30 mins followed by situps
* daily 6 rounds of surya namaskar followed by crutches. 
* have 3 to 4 litres of water daily ( if possible warm) 
* Avoid having junk foods,  sugar
* Consume more fruits n green leafy vegetables. 
* Try to be on intermediate fasting !

Before we talk about losing or gaining weight, please also understand something about the platform. Here at Wellcure, we encourage the solution seekers to achieve the desired Health goal to achieve in a natural way without using without being strict on body. It also includes avoiding any rapid weight loss or weight gain. Mostly because it is not natural.

By doing some of the practises one may lose weight but it will not be permanent and it will have its side effects too. Weight gain may happen because of poor digestion and accumulation of toxins in the body. For food correction you may refer to some of the food correction answer given by wellness coaches.

The other thing you can check is whether you are taking proper rest. See if there is any stress unaddressed emotion. Because this too leads to weight gain in people I've trained. Some hormonal imbalance too may be the reason. Chakra contemplation may help in regulating it. The easiest of them is to contemplate on Ajna Chakra.

Close your eyes, breathe normally for 2-3 rounds. Then inhale, bring your attention to eyebrow centre (Ajna Chakra), chant Om pronouncing ‘mmm’ as buzzing sound while breathing out. Do it for 4-5 minutes. It will help.

You may try if there is no pain in your body, then you may try dynamic Surya Namaskar asana starting from four rounds to 8-10 rounds. You may learn these Asanas from a Yoga trainer from competent yoga trainer. Some food correction may also be required. All the best.
