I have sleep problem in the night. What should I do?

Hlw sr 

Now a day insomnia is very common disorder many people are suffering from this 
But naturally we can cure this prblm by doing some simple thing before going to bed 
First of all sir u can take a warm bath before going to sleep also use levander oil for hair massage and massage on the feet it definetly helps you 
Other than this you can do some exercise and meditation 
U should also fix urs daily wake up and sleeping tym

Hi Jai,

Get up early in the morning and go outside and look at the clear sky ,this will give a soothing effect to your mind. Go to a garden and exercise or do walking. Do yoga.
Do pranayam specially bhramri pranayam. 
Go to bed early at night.
Don't use mobile, laptops or tv atleast 1hour before going to bed.
Read some book or magazine before sleeping. 
Don't sleep on an empty stomach, have a healthy dinner.

Sir,sleep deprivations or irregular sleeping patterns can be a result of any lifestyle changes,or any underlying stress and anxiety conditions.
Simple techniques to improve this is start chanting before you go to sleep it soothes the mind and relaxes it too. You can do that with no's too.It deviates the mind and makes you feel sleepy also you can apply oil and massage it under your feet even soak your feet in warm water and then massage it.
Listen to music and make the ambience of your room peaceful.
Avoid taking coffee and tea at night.

We call this symptoms as Insomnia.

An improper diet and lifestyle causes sleeplessness.

Waking up during the night

Waking up too early

Day time irritability

Day time fatigue and sleepiness

Difficulty falling asleep at night

Have fresh fruits, avocado, rice.

Include nuts like almonds, walnuts, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, and peanuts in your daily diet.

Have vegetable or fruit salads.

Avoid caffeinated drinks, alcohol, and aerated drinks.

Avoid watching television or working on the computer late at night.

Have a body massage with sesame oil, followed by a bath.

Massage your feet with lukewarm mustard oil 2-3 times a day and before going to bed. This helps good blood circulation and improves your sleep.

Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of cumin on a sliced banana. Eat at night regularly.

Do yoga and meditation.

Try to meditation and eat at least 2 hours before sleep also you can try a bath to refresh yourself and stay away from tv or mobile

Uh should work hard in ur daily routine like exercises and running to maintain your body Fitness. It will really work for ur sleep

Dear Jai Shankar,

 

Have early dinner. Try to have food which is easy to digest. You may totally avoid cooked food in night. Make sure to have the food at least 2 to 3 hours before going to bed. Do the practice of day’s visualisation mentally, without thinking about what went wrong or right. As a spectator you just visualise your day for 10 minutes as if you are watching one’s recorded video of the day in fast forward mode.

 

If possible keep the room make the room dark. Turn off all the lights. Use any of essential oils with mild fragrance. You can also get the rose petals or any other fresh flower. Keep it in water in a bowl. Its fragrance is relaxing and free of harmful chemicals. Play instrumental classical music at low volume. There are night ragas such as Puria Kalyan, Hamsadhwani, and Rajeshwari etc.

Don’t make sleeping your target. Instead of this you think of relaxation. When you lie down, practise abdominal breathing. Do the reverse counting from from hundred to one or fifty to one or twenty to one according to what suits you. Count 100 exhale, 99 inhale and keep counting till you reach one. If you miss the count due to some thinking, start again!

 

It will be good if before going to bed you can do the humming or practice Bhramri pranayama. You may also practice variation of tratak (one pointed gaze) after coming from work.

Before going to bed start chanting OooM for 108 times and keep ur cell phones/laptops off an hour before ur bed time follow it rigourusly I promise u will comenout of this problem soon...don't forget to share results here..

नमस्ते जयशंकर प्रसाद जी,

 

रात का खाना सोने 5 घंटे पहले लें।

सोने से पहले स्नान करें। नहाने के पानी में कोई सुगंधित तेल डाल कर स्नान करें। सोने से 2 घंटे पहले कमरे की रोशनी को मध्यम कर दें। बाँसुरी से राग यमन पर आधारित संगीत सुनें। अपने इष्ट देव का या ओम् मंत्र का उच्चारण करते हुए लेट जाएँ और मंत्र उच्चारण करते रहें।

दिन में मेरुदंड ( स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें, हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में ३ दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग +धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।

दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ। शाम को नारियल पानी लें फिर 2 घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें, नारियल की गिरि मिलाएँ।

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

 

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा।
