I've been suffering from pcos since last 2 years. And I'm gaining excessive weight.. So what's the natural cure treatment to be followed?

* Daily morning jogging or fast walking for 30 mins followed by situps
* daily 6 rounds of surya namaskar
* have adequate amount of fluids daily  
* Avoid having junk foods,  sugar
* Consume more fruits n green leafy vegetables.

Add one teaspoon of cinnamon powder to a glass of hot water and drink it daily for a few months.

 

Fenugreek promotes glucose metabolism in the body and improves insulin resistance. This in turn helps balance hormones.

 It may also help lower cholesterol, aid weight loss and promote healthy heart functioning.

 

Add Bitter gourd as it is known for its ability to control the blood sugar levels and it can work to control the symptoms of PCOD in the same way. 

 Add tulsi , aloe Vera ,Amla and flaxseed .

PCOS are a very common issue among young girls these days. 

It’s a result of toxaemia due to lowering of the vitality. The reasons behind lowering of vitality is excess of wrong types of foods, processed foods, packaged items loaded with low quality oils and preservatives, irregular routines, disturbed sleeping patterns etc . 

To start onto a path towards cleansing and healing you may start with this diet pattern.

1 Follow a plant based food plan. Cutting out all animal products, dairy, sugar, salt and processed food loaded with chemicals. Eat lot of fresh, local, seasonal fruits vegetables and greens with some sprouts and nuts. 

2 Get your self out into the sun. Get fresh air. Get in touch with the earth. Walk barefoot or work with your hands in the garden. 

3 Learn yoga and practice regularly. It will help you get your lymphatic system back into  better activity. 

4 Relax and rest well. Sleep adequately at night. Sleep early at night and wake up just before or with the sun. 

5 Be well hydrated with juicy fruits and vegetables.
