When the body is highly enervated or exhausted due to overstress, overthinking or over toxins in your body it starts showing in the form of exhaustion resulting in insomnia or sleeplessness. This condition is easily reversible. You just need to make some changes in your lifestyle and food habits.
1 where do you start? Start with your food. Start eating clean. Remove all refined flour, oil, processed sugar, white salt etc from your daily diet. Stop eating outside food. Stop consumption of processed and packaged food-like stuff. What can you eat? Lots of fresh, locally grown, seasonal fruits. You can start your day every day with it. Have more fruits for lunch. And let your dinner be a large bowl of salad with lots of greens, sprouted grains or soaked nuts. Finish eating before sunset, so that your body gets enough time to digest, assimilate the nutrients and send the waste towards the exit for elimination. If you continue eating late at night the body doesn't get enough time to do its functions properly.
2 Become active. Go for walks, do yoga or participate in some active sport daily. This will also improve your metabolism. Learn pranayama And Omkar chanting too. Learn some mantra chanting.
3 Connect with nature. Go out in the sun. Get enough exposure to the suns rays, breath fresh air and do some gardening too. Sleep well. rest well.
4 Look into your life for energy vampires. Do you have a stressful life? Do you have a stressful job? Do you drink alcohol? Do you smoke? If yes for all then stop and change.
5 Follow a simple bedtime routine. Prepare hot water which is bearable and fill a bucket until 3/4. You may add rock salt to it. Put your feet in it and place a cold wet towel on your head. Relax and enjoy the warmth in your legs. Feel all the stress, tiredness and drunkenness are flowing out of your feet into the hot water. Feel your body become lighter and relaxed. Stay that way for more than 15 mts as long as you enjoy it. Remove your feet from the water. Pat, it dry and apply some cold-pressed coconut oil on it. Apply coconut oil on the top of your head too. Do slight massage and relax. Now sit in your bed, close your eyes and do deep breathing for 5 mts. Then chant Omkar 7 times. Do some mantra chanting. Finish with some more deep breathing. Now lie in your bed and continue to watch your breath and breath deeply. You will soon fall asleep.
6 You can also try a spinal bath. Lie in a tub filled with water up to 3 inches. Let your backbone be in the water. Cover your head with a cold wet cloth. Lie there, breath deeply and relax. This also relaxes you and induce sleep.

I am sorry that you are feeling this way, I empathise with you and completely understand how you must be feeling at this moment. I also understand that sleep depravity and take away the enthusiasm and motivation in life, and it kills the joy of living life as well.
Firstly we need to address the issue of sleep (Insomnia) for that, I would recommend a 'Banana tea remedy' this tea should be taken 30 minutes prior to sleep.
Banana Tea Recipe
You need to take peel of bananas and wash them under the water. Keep one cup water boiling for 5 minutes and then you can add the peel of the Banana in the water. Let it further boil for 5 minutes, till the peel has softened. You can add a pinch of cinnamon powder for an extra taste.
Once the banana tea has boiled, you can drain it and sip it like tea. Banana has a natural ingredient (melatonin) that helps in inducing sleep. This works well for insomnia. Please follow this regime for a few nights till you are back to your normal sleep cycle.
Secondly, I highly recommend breathing exercise in the morning. So basically it's inhaling through your nose the positivity and exhaling from your mouth the negativity or the anxious thoughts. You need to do the breathing exercise for 5-10 minutes.
Inhaling and exhaling can also help oxygen to reach the brain effectively and in return, you will experience a calm mind.
Thirdly, kindly eat Almonds, Pistachios, Walnuts, Brazil nuts, flax seeds, and sunflower seeds that work best in case of reducing anxiety.
For the preliminary stage please try the above and then I can guide you further once you experience some results from this advised regime.

मानसिक समस्या भी इसी शरीर की समस्या है सब कुछ इस बात पर निर्भर करता है कि हम किसी भी परिस्थिति में सकारात्मक सोंच रखते हैं या नकारात्मक।
प्राकृतिक जुड़ाव आपको सकारात्मक सोंच प्रदान करेंगी क्योंकि प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली अपने आप में पूर्ण भी है और जीवंत भी है। पाँच तत्व से प्रकृति चल रही है और उसी पाँच तत्व से हमारा शरीर चल रहा है।
1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। वाद्य यंत्र शास्त्री संगीत (instrumental classical music) सुनें। अपने कमरे में ख़ुशबूदार फूलों को रखें।
2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।
खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें।
3 अग्Iनि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।
4 जल तत्व- नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस भी मिला सकते हैं।खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।
मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।
सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें।
5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग +धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।
दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ। शाम को नारियल पानी लें फिर 2 घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें, नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ।
लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा।
जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।
तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा।
एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं।
हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

Naresh it’s possible that you are suffering from a condition called brain fog . It’s again a viral infection due to toxic body conditions. I am currently working with someone with similar issues. You might have eaten a lot outside.. this does not always happen with even eating non vegan food at home. It is constant exposure to toxic foods that also are infested with viruses which when enters your body will feast on the already available undigested food material .
To cut the long story stort, for couple of months quit all cooked foods. If you want to eat cooked, have only steamed veggies oncein a while. No salt no sugar no jaggery. Quit animal foods like milk curd ghee paneer cheese meat eggs fish forever. Don’t touch outside foods.
Now stay on only veg / fruit / greens / lime/ tender coconut for 3 days and after that once a day a big fruit meal and rest of the day on liquids again. Don’t drink plain water. Dilute with Lemon juice. Best to drink water in the form of juices all day. This condition will become more and go. Have some help around in case you get too tired. Sleep more and give this 2-3 months.. it will slowly reduce and after that contact and I will tell you how to resume a normal diet.
Expose yourself to sun for 1 hr daily and chant prayers of gratitude to the sun god.
So some mild pranayama as this will help in oxygen supply to the brain / cells
Wash ur head with regular temp water one bucket daily while ur body does not get wet / wrap a wet cloth on hrhead and sleep for 20 mins twice a day.
