Avoid cabbage, soya bean, soy products, cauliflower, potato
6am- carrot juice
8am-ragi dosa + coconut chutney
11am-coconut milk
1pm-brown rice + drumstick leaves poriyal
3pm- tender coconut water
7pm-friut salad
9pm- boiled dry ginger water

We don’t recommend consuming any breakfast while healing naturally. Kindly read the body wisdom section for circadian rhythm.
"11am-coconut milk"- until 12 pm its best to be on fruits or juices only not coconut milk.

In summary - body works best on a high raw fruit lifestyle that we start in the morning .. not ending fruit with night. Fruits must be eaten on an empty stomach and it’s best to consume before having any cooked in the day.
Secondly avoiding night shades and crucifers is a myth.
