If I eat cucumber, I get terrible bloating. Yesterday I ate a capsicum salad, I got loosies. Why is it so? Should I avoid eating raw?

✔ First basic requirement to start Raw food is Clear Bowel System.

 

✔ During any new food dish or any new style of having food , initially we should take in small quantity and observe it till it digests well and Nourishes in the Body. 

 

✔ To avoid Bloating If you can add some punjent taste in Cucumber , like Pudina or Tulsi or Black Pepper , it will give you Freshness and  Desired Results.

 

✔ Having Raw food with Positive and Relaxed mind is required.So any Raw Food schedule , if you want to start ...you can start on Holidays.

Do not combine cooked and raw in the same meal. In my personal experience, i finish all raw in the day before i start cooked. Once cooked goes in and you have a weak gut, it takes ages to digest. So go on some regular juice fasting / water fasting/ full day fruit fasting to clean the gut first. 

Loosemotions are good ..its cleans the gut. But LM often is not. Its time to relook at servicing the gut (like servicing a vehicle periodically )

To add to this, if you already have a lot rotting there even the simplest of foods will rot and bloat you. Take steps to clean it with enema and a healthier lifestyle and then try cucumber. It won’t bloat you

Hello,

It depends at what time of the day you are eating raw vegetables. Sometimes eating at certain times can cause bloating, especially in the evening. Also it depends on the digestive system for everyone. May be eating cucumber with plant based yogurt or almond yogurt will be more easily digestible then eating it raw. I think the same goes with capsicum, may be you can cook it a little and eat sauteed capscicum rather than eating it raw, your body spoke to you by giving you the signs in the form of bloating or getting loose motions, so now you can respond to it by substituting the method of eating.

Dear Health Seeker, Getting rid of symptoms of chronic diseases, one must understand that the heavy load of encumbrance has just lightened up a little bit in the first instalments following natural hygiene. There are layers and layers of encumbrances /morbid/ foul matter in the organism. Mother nature tries its best not to topple the apple cart of the body by throwing of all the morbid matter in one go which may endanger the whole body. Nature tries to rid the body of this morbid matter in bits and pieces and in instalments for the benefits of the patients. What happens is that generally chronic patients getting well following nature cure think that all their health issues have been resolved completely and they are free from all diseases symptoms, but the truth is that it is only a semblance of relief and much more healing crisis will have to be undergone over a period spanning decades. Father of Nature cure in India Acharya Sarma had to undergo much healing crisis to get over his encumbrances for 4 to 5 decades and will off and on to suffer the reversal of suppressed diseases.

So Dear health seeker please don't be under impression that following nature cure methods/procedures for a short period all the health issue are over. Structural changes have taken place by suppressing the acute diseases by drugs over long years and also living unhygienic lifestyle and it will take a equally long time to through off all the accumulated morbid matter from the system. 
Switch over/ make over/ change over to raw food from cooked food takes natural conditioning of the whole body for many months and years before a chronic patient will be able to assimilate the raw energy of raw food. Our organism is used to eating cooked food for generations. Raw food doesn't agree with persons with low vitality on account of poor digestion and many factors of unhygienic lifestyle and may take years for the health seeker( Saadhak) to achieve that state of lightness called "Sukham 'and "Anandham".

नमस्ते,
     प्रातः 7:00 से 9:00 के बीच हमारा अमाशय क्रियाशील रहता है इस समय फलों/सब्जियों  के रस/सलाद ग्रहण करने का सर्वोत्तम समय होता है !

प्रातः 9:00 से 11:00 के बीच अग्न्याशय व  प्लीहा सक्रिय रहते हैं इस समय पाचक रस ज्यादा बनते हैं इसलिए पके हुए भोजन का यह सर्वोत्तम समय है !

खीरा आपको प्रातः7:00 से 9:00 के बीच जूस के रूप में 200 से 300 ml  व सलाद के रूप में 400 ग्राम से अधिक नहीं लेना चाहिए , 

कच्चे व पके भोजन के बीच में कुछ घंटों का अंतराल अवश्य होना चाहिए !

नमस्ते

 

शरीर में आकाश तत्व की कमी है।

फल के बाद 3 घंटे का अंतराल (gap) रखें।

सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे का अंतराल रखें।

सलाद बिना नमक और नींबु के लें।

सलाद में पका हुआ कुछ ना मिलाएँ क्योंकि पका हुआ कोई चीज़ और कच्चे चीज़ों का पाचन समय अलग अलग है। पका हुआ खाना सूर्य अस्त से पहले या उसके 2घंटे के बाद तक में ले लें। पका हुआ खाना के बाद 12 से13 घंटे का अंतराल रखें। भूख पर खाएँ और प्यास पर पानी पीएँ।

नाश्ते, दोपहर का खाना और रात खाना के एक घंटे पहले पानी इतना तरल हरे पत्ते का जूस छान कर लें।

जैसे की कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। अगले सुबह ख़ाली पेट इनमे से कोई भी हरा जूस लें।पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और  नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर छान कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। जूस मुँह में रख रख कर पीएँ।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं।

ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा।

 लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।I

खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला 

सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। 

सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

If it is first time and never recurring bloating then it's with something else you are before.  Raw vegetables specially cucumber doesn't bloat. If it's recurring then your body may not like cucumbers.  Take smaller bites of cucumber and check if it is still giving you bloating. Bloating is the symptoms from body to tell you that some action is needed. Eat fruits in the morning and try to have a juice of cucumber at 11am. Take care of you.

In my opinion, it is not the cucumber or the salad which is the problem but what you ate before that. Eating without hunger when the previous meal is still being digested causes bloating and indigestion. Keep your meals simple and give sufficient gap (atleast 4 hours) between meals and the symptoms should go away.
