to first feel happy harmones, your body must be clean too. Feed on juices till 12, fruits for lunch, dinner have some millets without oil. Do some yoga and pranayama daily.
As you follow this, you will have physical clean up like cold cough etc and emotional clean up too. Don’t worry. You will be fine. No one is alone on earth. It’s just your perception. Many people have everyone around them but no one to talk to them as all are busy in their lives. So we must all learn to find happiness inside ourselves by doing things we love.
