Struggle karte karte meri mental condition aisi ho gai hai ki kuch b acha nhi lagta... 2 year se to face pe smile b nhi aati.. Mjhe is tarah acha nhi lagta me bhi poisitive feel karna chahti hu... Kya kru jisse light feel karu

to first feel happy harmones, your body must be clean too. Feed on juices till 12, fruits for lunch, dinner have some millets without oil. Do some yoga and pranayama daily.

As you follow this, you will have physical clean up like cold cough etc and emotional clean up too. Don’t worry. You will be fine. No one is alone on earth. It’s just your perception. Many people have everyone around them but no one to talk to them as all are busy in their lives. So we must all learn to find happiness inside ourselves by doing things we love. We cannot depend on happiness from outside as that is not guaranteed. Try this without fail and let me know if you have any doubts . Btw your Tumour will take time to melt. Tie a wet cloth on it daily when you sleep and remove when you wake up. With the food changes tat also will melt . Be blessed

Meditation is best way to tackle problems like this try it  Aana pana sati,  Vipassana try it at morning when you wake up and if you are suffering from anxiety then you can also do it at night it will definitely make you happy search on YouTube
