Can you suggest some interesting recipe for my kids lunch?

Try millets khichdi. Take Sama Rice/ barnyard millet and moong dal. Recipe is same as regular rice khichdi, just that millets need more water. You can also add veggies to the khichdi.

I make fruit salad mixed with dates and coconut, mixed salad with avocados and dates, millets upma with lot of vegetables made into small balls, rotis stuffed with roasted veggies made with italian herbs, millets dosas with lot of vegetables, veggie sticks with peanut butter etc
