White discharge is very subjective, mostly women get it during the time of ovulation which is mid cycle.
It is completely fine if you do not have it unless your periods are regular and in sync.

if you have regular period then there is nothing to worry about the white discharge. The white discharge is leukorrahea, and sometimes it is not very obvious that you will get it, it is a sign that you are ovulating. However, I don't feel it is a concern as such. If your entire body rhythm is fine and if you are functioning well, then that's what matters.
Also during periods, try to have cooler stuff, like cold salad especially Russian and dry fruit salad. You can have banana-plant based yogurt mixture as well, it works as a great snack or even meal.
Eat low carb diet, and avoid oily, refined and processed foods. Stick to plant based diet and dry fruits which can give you essential minerals and vitamins for your gynaec health.

श्वेतप्रदर (white discharge) प्रदाह (inflammation) के कारण होता है। आप स्वस्थ हैं इसलिए इस परेशानी से दूर है। किसी भी बीमारी का मूल कारण हाज़मा और क़ब्ज़ है। इस बात को समझें तो आपका स्वास्थ और बेहतर होता जाएगा।
शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह।
आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए।
पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है।
सुबह कोई कच्चे सब्ज़ी या हरे पत्ते का जूस हो। फल - सुखाफल सुबह नाश्ते में लें। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का सलाद के साथ मेवे दोपहर या रात का मुख्य आहार हो।
एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं।
ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा।
जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।
तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ या सूखे फल लें।
ऐसा हुआ तो कोई बीमारी आएगी भी नहीं।
