Wellcure
Experimenting with different combinations of vegetables, textures and flavours is often helpful when trying to incorporate raw salads in your daily intake. Not only does it help cater to individual taste buds it also breaks the monotony of having the same old salad. Try this one! A combo of cabbage with a variety of colourful vegetables. Its ready in no more than 15 minutes and is extremely filling. Could be used as a meal replacement as well!
Indulge in this colourful and flavorful cabbage salad!
Whole mustard seeds: ½ tsp
Curry leaves: 1 sprig
Hing: a pinch
Lemon juice: ½ tbsp
Rock Salt: To taste
Peanuts: 2 tbsp (roasted/peeled and halved)
Coriander: 2 tbsp (chopped fine)
