Leafy and nutty, corn and pepper salad - Kid friendly

This salad has little bit of this and little bit of that. It has leafy greens as well as other veggies. It has cooked (corn) plus raw. It’s sweet and sour. I served it to my husband who’s a fussy eater and thankfully he liked it!! My son also picked bits from my bowl. So do try it for your family too, especially kids. I feel it’s simpler to feed corn based salads to kids.
Ingredients
Salad leaves - a small bunch - I used lettuce leaves
Peanuts - a handful
Sesame - 1 tbsp
Use dry roasted nuts
Steamed corn - 1 bowl
Peppers - green, yellow and red - 1/4th to 1/2 each
For dressing-
Juice of 1 lemon
Rock salt
Black pepper
Oregano
Honey
Adjust ingredients as per taste
Method
Chop salad leaves and veggies. Add corn and nuts.
Mix dressing ingredients in a bowl to make your dressing.
Add dressing to salad and it’s ready!!
