Lemon juice (2 teaspoonful)

It is easily available in this season and can be grown at home as it does not require very hard conditions to thrive well.

Punarnava is a plant also known as spreading hogweed, "shothheen" in hindi and "it-sit" in regions of Punjab. Punarnava is used a leafy vegetable in many parts of India.
Punarnava has been in use from ancient times in medicines because of its property of removing toxins from body. It accelerates the detoxification process.
