Wellcure
Spinach is one of the easiest green leafy vegetables to procure during the winter months. Seasonally abundant spinach is rich in vitamins and minerals. If getting your kids to eat spinach is a struggle, try giving them as a juice. Combined with a water-rich veggie like cucumber makes it easy to juice and makes it more palatable.

This is something similar which I have tried at juice bars with different combinations of ingredients in addition to spinach and cucumber like celery, beetroot etc...
Something which I look forward to everytime, fills up stomach with a very good after feeling of contentment!!!
