Sesame seeds butter, like other nut butters can be used to make dips for salads or snacks, in soups or even alongside your cooked meals. Nut butters are a great way to add healthy fats to your diet. Use in place of your regular dairy butter even in sandwiches, toasts etc.

You can spread it on bread or rotis, add it to salads, gravies and soups or use it for binding laddoos too.
