Wellcure
Fruits smoothies can be an easy way to nourish your body and taste buds both. They lend a different texture & variety vs. eating fruits whole. Adding dates, and bananas to smoothies make it a complete meal both for adults, and kids alike. This unbelievably quick-to-do recipe can be served as an evening snack or even as a meal replacement - a good break for your digestive system (remember, fruits are extremely light on your stomach and are digested the fastest).
Serve the smoothie in your favourite glass and enjoy!

Smoothie one take couple of times. Second, when we blend the temperature is normalised.
Nutrition loss in case of banana is minimal due to its cellular structure and water content.
Idea is to have right texture.
Alternatively , you can try to put some ice cubes

Hi Ankur. but is frozen banana healthy? just as high temperature destroys the heat sensitive enzymes of fruits, doesn't freezing impact them? doing once in a while for change is ok, but for regular use, I prefer fresh.
