Last year I came to know i had vitamin d insufficient which caused muscle sprain. Now I am getting sufficient vitamin but still can't do some exercises because of muscle pain. Is there any remedies to overcome as soon as possible..?

नमस्ते आँखों पर खीरा और गुलाब का पेस्ट लगाएँ, गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें, रुकें फिर पूरा स्वाँस ख़ाली कर के रुकें, साँस लें ते एक चक्र है ऐसे 10 चक्र करें, जितनी देर स्वाँस को सहजता से रोक सकें उतना ही रोकें। अनुलोम विलोम भी10 मिनट के लिए करें और भ्रमरी प्राणायाम 10मिनट के लिए करें। सुबह बेल्पत्रा5 को पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिलाएँ और पीएँ, 2घंटे बाद फल खाएँ, 12 सफ़ेदपेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ, 1घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ शाम को5 बजे पालक10पत्ते+पान1/2 पीस कर100ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ, रात के खाने में सलाद खाएँ जिसमें हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें, नारियल की गिरि मिलाएँ। लाल,हरा,पीला शिमला मिर्च1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं तेल,मसाला, और (wheat) गेहूँ से परहेज़ करें। ठीक होते ही आप अपने अनुभव साँझा करें।

Namaste, Hernia is a condition where you see the abnormal protrusion of visceral organ like intestine, etc. through the weak point of your muscle. Manage your weight – reduce your excess weight. Avoid lifting heavy weights. Avoid constipation by taking fibre rich foods. You can wear supportive surgical belts under the guidance of your physician. Eat healthy foods to strengthen your muscles. Do yoga and pranayama under proper guidance. Avoid overeating. Eat only 3/4th of your capacity. Don’t drink large quantity of fluids immediately after food. Finish your dinner early. Do regular walking to maintain your weight.

Focus on your breath for 5 minutes. Just sit or lie down. If thoughts come in allow it to do so. But slowly bring back focus to breath.

Hi! As a kid, I would often suffer from nose bleeding in summers. It was basically because the sensitive nerves in the nose would rupture due to heat. The blood used to gush out quite quickly, it was quite scary. As I grew up, it became ok on its own. I think what really worked for me was multaani mitti. My mom would wet it & give it to me for inhaling deeply. It had a cooling impact & maybe my nose nerves became stronger too with the deep breathing. I would do this as a preventive measure, almost everyday, without waiting for the bleeding to begin. I used to avoid over-exposure to the summer sun & would use a cold pack on the nose & wet my head whenever there was nose bleeding. I would suggest you try the multaani mitti remedy & see if it helps. Watch it for sometime, else visit a naturopath or natural health expert.
