Hello User, High blood pressure makes is caused due to our blood vessels get constricted and the flow of blood is obstructed which causes pressure to increase, this is a long term effect of all the accumulation of toxins. The chronic diet of high fat and sedentary lifestyle is the cause of this. The new-age corporate glass building is a new hub of all the diseases to enter as with air conditions we lock our space with altered air supply rather than natural places that inhibit our healthy growth. What makes a major difference is by changing lifestyles, that we are not only curing the disease at this stage but also preventing it. Now let us understand what changes we can make: Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature and easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake at least for one month and refrain from something which is oil-based. Have fruit salad in the afternoon time and vegetable salad as evening snack this will be light on your stomach. Hi, Our minds are constantly working and thinking. We all are constantly receiving both positive and negative messages. It is important to ask your friend to focus on positive messages and leave the negative. How to do this? Read and listen to more positive talks and messages. Keep yourself involved in the service of others. Various scientific researches have shown that both the mind and the body are connected. If you consume a healthy diet, sleep well, exercise and meditate, it helps to calm down the mind. The mind and body are connected by many nerves and veins, the most important being the Vagus Nerve. This connects the brain and spinal cord. This controls all the actions which are not under our control, like digestion, anxiety, panic attacks, blood pressure, etc. When the body is experiencing stressful situations the vagus nerve is unable to send a response to the brain to relax. Therefore, if the body is under stress, (which might be because of improper eating habits, since the body has to remove more toxins to maintain a balance) and due to this there are negative emotions, decreased immunity and poor digestion. But, when we are in a relaxed state the body gets the signal to repair and heal and maintain a balance. Anything like even lack of sleep, insufficient exercise or wrong eating habits can disturb this balance. This, in turn, affects the way you manage and perceive situations and manage emotions. Hello friendsMy name is Kalpesh and I am suffering from chronic hives. This has been going on since June 2019. I have tried many antihistamines and homeopathic medicine so far. We still don’t know the cause of the *hives* but I have noticed that it aggravates by sour foods, some lentils, Besan flour, Acidic foods etc. I get them everyday in even if I don’t eat above foods. Hello Kalpesh, Hives in medical terminology are also caused as urticaria, Urticaria is caused by the pollution, toxic diet and also the stressors which we get exposed to in our day to day living. With the above food mentioned can be the cause for some people, the basic cause remains the same which is of chronic food habits which cause the problems. So, the main thing here on which we have to give our complete attention to is changing our lifestyle with inclusions and exclusion of few things in our daily routine will help us in treating the problem which is primarily through diet. So here are four things to deal with: Eat: I know you have mentioned about sour food but at the same time citric helps in treating skin disorders effectively, we have so many sources like sprouts, sweet potatoes, capsicum, papaya which when included in your regular diet will help in treating the issue. Apple and carrot juice is very much beneficial in treating the disease. One apple and one carrot blend them in water and make a thin consistency. This mixture should be helpful. Dear health seeker Vini, Endometriosis is a noncancerous disorder in which pieces of endometrial tissue normally occurring only in the lining of the uterus (endometrium) grow outside the uterus. Endometriosis is a chronic disorder that may be painful. Exactly how many women have endometriosis is unknown because it can usually be diagnosed only by directly viewing the endometrial tissue ( which requires a surgical procedure). Endometriosis probably affects about 10 to 15% of Menstruating women aged 25 to 44. It can also affect teenagers. Endometriosis sometimes runs in families. It is more likely to occur in women, who have their first baby after the age of 30, who have never had a baby, who is of Asian descent, or who have structural abnormalities of the uterus. The cause of endometriosis is unclear, but there are several theories: small pieces of the uterine lining that are shed during menstruation may flow backward through the fallopian tubes towards the ovaries into the abdominal cavity, rather than flowing through the vagina and out of the body with the menstrual period. Cells from the uterine lining may be transported through the blood or lymphatic vessels to another location, or cells located outside the uterus may change into the endometrial cells. SYMPTOMS: The main symptoms associated with endometriosis is a pain in the lower abdomen and pelvic area. The pain usually varies during the menstrual cycle. Some women with severe endometriosis have no symptoms, others have incapacitating pain. TREATMENT: Eat only when sufficient true hunger is there. We must eat to live and not live to eat .As a start drink any alkaline juice either of the following, ash gourd, bilva patra, banana pith. To the tune of 250ml. Sunbathing in the early morning sun for 25 minutes, followed by a spinal bath or full bath. Some simple yogic asanas are particularly for the abdomen, in order to strengthen the abdominal muscles. A wet pack over the abdomen for 20 minutes twice in a day preferably morning and evening. Fruit salads or vegetable salads in breakfast with enough coconut scrappings. Conservatively cooked vegetables and raw salads with enough coconut scrappings in lunch. Fruit juice at or around 4 PM if there's a sufficiency of hunger, if not then avoid. Conservatively cooked vegetables plus one or two roti or small quantity of rice in dinner in the day. Since there is a lot of heat in the pelvic area on account of hyperacidity,sitz bath or shallow hip bath under able guidance should be availed daily, it will have a desirable impact and God willing you may conceive in few months. Needless to mention to avoid all enervating foods tea and coffee, processed, manufactured, preserved foods, animal products, habits.
