Going the natural way will only help in treating both mental and physical issues but will also help in preventing it. As the stressors in today's lifestyle have increased be it for a person working at home or corporate lifestyle everything needs to be tackled in a healthy manner. A lifestyle filled with green vegetables, fruits, exercise, and meditation will sort your issues. With the following advice, we are sure you will be able to treat everything in a holistic way. Eat: Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improve the state of metabolism by increasing it. The next thing is the inclusion of vegetable juice in your breakfast as this will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day. Going for a head massage, daily at night massage the head with coconut oil and aloe vera gel, this will help in soothing the nerves and reduce the episode of anxiety. Keep at least two hours gap between your food and your sleep timing at night. Hi there, Back pain is one of the common back problem experienced by almost everyone in day to day life which can occur even without any underlying disease or conditions such as excessive use of back muscles while work out (gym, lifting weights ), overstraining of back muscles while stretching or doing exercises, wrong posture ( sitting, standing or sleeping ) etc..; It is very important to learn and maintain or keep your back healthy. Back pain may occur due to spine ailments or muscle problems ( spasm, strain ). • Avoid lifting heavyweight, this can overstrain your back muscles and cause problem to your spine as well. • Stick to the whole plant based diet which includes fruits, vegetables, seeds and nuts. They can provide you all the nutrients required to maintain your body healthy. • Correcting the postures is very important. Wrong postures including sitting, standing or sleeping can worsen the conditions. • Full or partial body massage can help relieve back pain by increasing the blood flow over the affected area. Using essential oil for massage always has a good health benefits. • Ice massage for 10-15 minutes can help reduce inflammation on the back. Apply ice directly or indirectly before strengthening exercise. • Heat application such as hot fomentation or moist heat for 5-10 minutes can help increase blood flow to the strained muscles and relief pain. •Reducing weight is the best possible and precautionary measure in order to get relieve from back pain.
