My 7 year old daughter has been having high viral fever a day after recovering from food poisoning induced diarrhoea and vomiting. Till now we have been giving her Coconut Water, fruits a few times, Khichdi, Idli etc. It is the 2nd day and her temperature soars up to 103. 5 too. I have done wet cloth therapy (keeping it on her stomach) for sometime. I understand and believe the fever is not a sign of illness and is a good defence mechanism but can I do anything else to reduce the infection?

Please read this. I have poured my experience here as a mom and an educator of natural healing. Since the child has already been Suffering from food poisoning, do not overload the stomach with any kind of cooked food. Flushing the body with tender coconut water and making her sleep with the hydrotherapy that you are doing is good enough.

नमस्ते
बुखार बीमारी नहीं बल्कि शरीर का ख़ुद किसी विषाणु से बचाने का ज्ञान है। शरीर विषाणुओं को निकालने के प्रक्रिया में लगा हुआ बस उसको 5 तत्व से मदद करें जब तक शरीर स्वस्थ नहीं हो जाता है तब तक पका हुआ खाना ना दें। नारियल पानी मुँह में रख रख करके पीने के लिए कहें। भुख लगती है तो भी केवल नारियल पानी ही दें।1 मिनट तक मुँह में रख रख कर पिलाएँ। लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।
सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।
खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है।
नीम के पत्ते और खीरा का पेस्ट अपने पेट
पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें।
मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।
मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।
