Please do try to put up your healthy routine ,by starting your day with fresh pudina juice/fresh fruits n include 1hour physical activity in the daily routine ,avoid junk stick on to healthy diet on time,this helps to set your biological clock with fresh mornings:-)

Early morning atleast 2-3 glasses of water kick start all your body organs and mood as well...
I highly suggest you to start an intake of water to kick that laziness aside... brushing and getting fresh as soon as you get up makes you feel fresh and energise...walk bare feet on the floor and heel walk befor your toiletries habits will boost you with energy.

Hello Doshi,

The best way is to go out of your house and have a walk around the nature and if you can find grass, walk barefoot on the grass, this will take away your tiredness and laziness as you feel the natural breeze and the natural mud aroma can help you feel afresh. While you are out in nature, you can practice gratitude by being thankful for your life and everything that you have in your life. 

This simple action can actually change your life for good.

Hi, to keep out the laziness in the morning take a brisk walk, Exercise to warm up your body and sweat out. Then take a shower either luke warm water or cold water if possible. 
Avoid laye night, heavy dinner rather consume easily digestible foods. 
Morning immediately aftet brushing the teeth drink 1-2 glasses of normal or hot water. It helps to pass your bowels easily. Then start your morning walk or exercise or even you can do some breathing exercises.

Get yourself a goal to kick start your morning and put your phone off atleast an hour ago before sleeping. 
Have a cold water bath from tap water in the morning after 30 to 45 minutes you wake up. 
Calm your mind before sleeping. 
Create a to-do list a day before. 
Leave your bed and home everyday. 
Don't drink alcohol and do smoking for atleast 24 days. 
Don't eat high sugar diet.

  • Hi to wake up early and Avoid laziness make a routine of early to bed and early wake up in morning.  
  • Keep 10 mins alarm. And keep your alarm clock little bit way from bed close window,  to snooze you have to move from bed.
  • Keep the window screens open, let some morning sunlight to come inside. 
  • Make some partner for your morning walk or exercise which can also help to wake and start your day. 
  • Make a list of goal - to do  activities daily and stick to it. 
  • Avoid heavy meals in dinner. 
  • Use bed only for sleep. Don't use bed for work and eat etc. 
  • Drink water before going to bed.  
  • Do some stretching exercises in bed to remove your laziness.

 खुराक में बदलाव करें। अपना सोने का चक्र सुधारें।रात को 10 से 4 की नींद हमारे शरीर की ज़रूरत है। देर से सोना और देर तक सोने से हमारे आंतरिक शरीर को फ़ायदा नहीं पहुँचता है। रात खाना 7 बजे तक कर लें। खाने के 1घंटे बाद मोबाइल, टीवी बंद करें। वाद्य यंत्र शास्त्री संगीत (instrumental classical music)सुनें।अपने कमरे में ख़ुशबू दार फूलों को रखें। सोने से पहले पुदिना + नींबु के रस को नहाने के पानी में मिला कर नहाएँ।

सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें।

कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। अगले सुबह ख़ाली पेट इनमे से कोई भी हरा जूस लें।पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और  नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर छान कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।

ये जूस सुबह नाश्ते से एक घंटे पहले लें। नाश्ते में फल लें। दोपहर के खाने से एक घंटा पहले हरा जूस लें। खाने में सलाद नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती।

सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

A little bit of quality sleep is good enough to wake you up without any puffy face and and an active mind and body.
