Hy...i suggest you to take boliled apples twice a day...rather than taking medication its better to use fruits...apple has an enzyme called pectin peculiarly it helps prevent loose stools by binding the fiber intact in body..

Take pomegranate juice, barely water.
Consume water periodically.
When adults or kids have loosemotions they must refrain from eating anything. Only when the body is hungry start with liquids and continue to stay on liquids even if motions are loose. Sometimes the body just needs flushing. Observe the call for hunger and don’t start with solids.
Exposure to sunlight will help. Cold pack on stomach gives some relief
Our body has 5 eliminatory organs.
1. Liver
2. Kidney
3. Lungs
4. Skin
5. Colon
Loose motions is a sign that body is eliminating something through Colon by mixing with water which is not suitable for the body. Body can heal itself and loose motion is the natural mechanisms of the body to release toxins. Its our prime responsibility towards our body to support it in its natural healing process. You should not eat anything during this process so that you don't burden your body. Drink water sip by sip and take complete rest. Once it is finished, start with coconut water and be on fruits for next 24 hour specially Banana. You will be feeling much better.
Loose motions are considered to be healing crisis or other words it is body own self cleaning mechanism
Still we do have some ways to manage it efficiently
1) Juice fasting or liquid fasting might be best way
2) To sustitute the electrolytes lost either tender cocnut water or sugarcane juice could be consumed
3) To solidify he stools, a stew made out of arrowroot powder might be useful. Take a glass of water and 4 teaspoon of arrowroot powder and boil it to thick consistency. You may add jaggery if you wish and some grated cocnut to add flavour. In some parts of India this dish is made more solidified and then spread over a plate and allowed to cool and solidify and then cut into small diamond shaped pieces and eaten as sweet.
4) Consume green long bananas. In loose motions small yellow bananas to be avoided, I am referring to those available in South Indian and North eastern states of India.
5) Avoid stressful activities and allow yourself take lot of rest
6) Avoid taking spicy, oily diets and also diets with garam masalas...
7) Avoid social drugs, alcohol or smoke

प्राण शक्ति ने सिर्फ़ अपना काम बदल लिया क्योंकि हमने अपनी ग़लत आदतों के वजह से उसे ऐसा करने पर मजबूर किया है। अब उसको सही खुराक से मदद करें और उसपर विश्वास बनाए रखें
हाज़मा के ख़राब होने से दस्त लगती है। उपवास करें।
केवल नारियल पानी लें।
लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।
सुर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।
खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करें।
नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें।

मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।
मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।

It is better no to to eat anything. Take rest. When you feel better, take a walk in sunshine. Next day, when you feel better start with coconut water or diluted fruit juice and then move to other foods.
