Eat:
The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature and easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins.
The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake at least for one month and refrain from something which is oil-based. Have fruit salad in the afternoon time and vegetable salad as evening snack this will be light on your stomach.
A vitamin C rich diet is very much helpful, including things like oranges, lemon and mosumbi with berries have known to suppress the urge of addiction. You can have two oranges during the time of your regular alcohol intake.
Exercise:
- Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body, practicing it early morning in an area which has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation.
- Suryanamaskar daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body.
- A brisk walk in early morning sun from 30-45 minutes, helps in treating your body to its level best. Sun is a great source of Vitamin D that is why walking in the sun and connecting with the sun also help in activating our cells and rejuvenate us for the whole day.
Meditation:
In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it, but with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleep with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oils this swill help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease.
Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep, by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life.
Communication is the key, communicating with like-minded people, talking to your partner these things help a lot in dealing with stress. Having a reliable person and sharing your worries in groups who are affected by same issue should be the start. Joining a hobby class like dancing, painting, sculpting can help you bring out from the boredom and treat your addiction issues.
Sleep:
Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem, sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals thy self.

Sumit, You may be addicted to alcohol, I also deal with people addicted to dairy and meat, excessive eating on a daily basis. Those are also addictions only. If they can heal and become averse to what they were addicted to, I am sure you can too. It is no different. All of them poison the body.
This is what I would advise you to do. You might have ups and downs, but trust me, you wanting to change, itself has solved 50% of your problems.
1) Instead of drinking alcohol, I want you to drink 3 liters of juices made from fruits daily - Grapes, orange, pineapple, cucumber, tomato, beetroot, ash gourd, lemon water, coconut water, sugarcane juice along with 1 liter of water in a day.
2) All morning stay on a few of these juices.
3) Eat fruits for lunch with greens.
4) Next hunger, eat some vegetable salads.
5) Have cooked food made of rice or millets ONLY and not wheat for dinner, It has to be cooked oil-free. Recipies for oil-free cooking can be found on wellcure-recipes or on youtube.
6) Exercise 1-1.5 hr daily till you can't exercise anymore and you get tired.
7) Expose yourself to the sun for 30-40 mins daily.
8) Start taking enema. Consult an expert on this. We can guide if you connect with us.
Note: You will start having withdrawal symptoms and eliminations like vomiting, headaches, loose motions and many more. That's your toxins coming out and the germs that were addicted to your eating and drinking habits dying inside. When pains are severe, drink juices the entire day and sleep.

कारण - आहार तलब (food crav) शरीर की सांकेतिक भाषा है ।
नशीले पदार्थों का सेवन मिनरल्स की कमी की वजह सेे होता है। चाय, कॉफी, शराब, गुटका इन सभी का तलब मिनरल्स की कमी के कारण होता था। आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए।
1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।
2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।I
खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें।
3 अग्नि तत्व- सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।
4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है।
नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें।
मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।
मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें
5. पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है।
शरीर में ऊर्जा कमी हो तो मीठे का तलब होता है ऐसे में फल और सुखा फल लें। शरीर में प्राकृतिक वसा की कमी हो तो तले भूने हुए चीज़ों को खाने का मन करता है ऐसे में काजु, बादाम, अखरोट, नारियल, तिल, अलसी, मूँगफली तरबूज़, ख़रबूज़ के बीज कद्दू के बीज लें। अधिक प्यास लग रहा तो मिनरल की कमी है। हरे पत्ते या हरे पत्ते की सब्ज़ी का जूस लें। बार बार भुख लगना यानी शरीर को वो पोषक तत्व नहीं मिल रहा है जिसकी ज़रूरत है। सलाद लें बिना नींबू नमक के मेवों (nuts) के साथ। नमक, मिर्ची, मसालों का तलब तो विटामिन c युक्त सब्ज़ी लें। टमाटर, सैलरी, धनिया पत्ता, करी पत्ता, बेल्पत्रा, पुदीना पत्ता सलाद में मिलाएँ या चटनी या herbal juice के रूप में सुबह के नाश्ते से एक घंटा पहले और दोपहर और रात के खाने से एक घंटे पहले लें।
नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की मात्रा दोपहर के खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid) की कमी हो जाती है। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं।
ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा।
जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।
तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ और सुखा फल मीठे का उत्तम स्रोत है।
हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद।
