Hello Gaurav,

Fruits eaten in their raw state is much beneficial for the body to heal as the fibre present helps in giving our digestion a good amount of bulk and this helps in getting the required nutrition, whereas, strained juice just makes our body hydrated and give a decent amount of vitamins.

Hello Gaurav,

We should always be on a plant-based natural diet. Fruits and vegetables that we eat should be fresh, seasonal, and locally available. 
We should eat fruits and vegetables in their raw state. The fibers present in them are essential for gut health. It adds bulk to the stool and aids the process of removing toxins from the body. 
Fruit and vegetable juices should also be consumed with fibers.

कारण - फलों का जूस उतना फायदा नहीं करेगा। फलों को चबाकर खाना श्रेष्ठठ कर है। सलाइवा अल्कलाइन होता हैैैैैैैै और जब आप फल को चबाते हैं तो यह शरीर में ऊर्जा को समुचित ढंग से संचार कर पाता है। कच्ची सब्जी और हर्बल जूूस एल्कलाइन है और यह  बिना फाइबर डाइल्यूट करके लेनेेे से बहुत  काम करता है।  फाइबर को छान  करके मुंह में रख रख कर पीने से पाचन तंंत्र की
