As your condition is now diagnosed with vitiligo, let us understand the mechanism of it. The pathology behind the vitiligo disease is our immunity gets hampered and starts producing abnormal cells. To simplify our body is getting affected by our day to day lifestyle and activates its defense mechanism in order to protect it.
Skin giving the first reaction to everything going inside the body, that is where vitiligo begins. Now what can be these things which are body is protecting from? Stress, smoking, vitamin D deficiency (low sun exposure), any kind of past skin injury-causing infection, a high-fat diet which causes difficulty indigestion issue and nutrients absorbed is less. Genetically also vitiligo has shown high prevalence but in any case, we have to work on our condition with major steps. Now that we are clear about the cause. This is also showing effects on your kidneys as well as your weight gain as the inflammation makes metabolism slower that is why there is low excretion of creatinine well as an increase in weight.

Eat:
Starting your day with something light in nature and easy to digest is what your breakfast should be. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins.
- The diet rich in Vitamin C is what we should start with like oranges, mosumbi, lemon, berries are going to be very helpful in the case of iron absorption. Will increase immunity and deal with inflammation.
- Refined sugar and salt, dairy product, and gluten should be completely avoided in your situation.
- Application of coconut oil is important, one tablespoon of coconut oil in 2-3 drops of tea tree oil will help in treating the affected skin getting back its pigment.
- The application of one tablespoon of mustard oil with a tablespoon of turmeric will be helpful in treating vitiligo spots. Apply it thrice a day by keeping the area clean.
- One tablespoon of olive oil mix with your bathing water while taking a bath.
- In the evening two hours after your meal in the afternoon take one inch of ginger, one teaspoon of honey and half teaspoon of turmeric in one cup of water, bring it to boil for 5-10 minutes and consume daily. This will help in increasing immunity to fight against the disease. And improve the functioning of kidneys and accelerate weight loss.
- Fibre-rich diet also helps in easy excretion of creatinine and helps in the absorption of nutrients in the body.
Exercise:
- Surynamakar helps in increasing the blood circulation doing 12 sets will help, start with 6 if you are a beginner.
- A brisk walk in early morning sun from 30-45 minutes, helps in treating your body to its level best. Sun is the best source of Vitamin D taking brisk to walk around 6-7 will help in treating vitiligo. The action of the sun on the skin is its activation of melanin cells, which are responsible for giving colour to the skin. That is why having a walk-in sun or taking morning sun rays is really essential in this condition.
Meditation:

Vitiligo is an autoimmune disorder but it can be treated by a correct diet and pranayam. Vitiligo is a condition in which white patches appear on the skin. It occurs when the cells forming melanin are damaged or stop functioning.Increased creatinine levels may result due to certain medications or certain vigorous exercise. Other causes for increased creatinine are diabetes, high blood pressure or thyroid disorders. Increased creatinine levels can also be cured by a correct diet and lifestyle.
Diet
- Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water on an empty stomach. This will help to detoxify the body.
- Eat only plant-based natural foods.
- Have soaked raisins and other dry fruits to get the easily absorbable nutrients.
- Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices with fibres. These fibres will keep the gut health good.
- Include sprouts, salads, nuts, and beans.
- Include fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables.
- Drink coconut water.
- Include whole grains like barley, millets, oats, etc in your diet.
- Drink sufficient water during the day to be hydrated.
Foods to avoid
- Avoid processed and packaged foods.
- Avoid refined oils, refined grains and refined sugars as they may increase the autoimmune response.
- Avoid tea, coffee, and other caffeinated drinks.
- Avoid carbonated drinks.
- Avoid dairy food items and animal foods.
- Avoid oily and spicy foods.
Yoga and pranayam
Yoga and pranayam are very effective in vitiligo. They improve blood circulation in the body.
- Perform pranayam for 15-20 min daily, specially Bhramri, Sitkari, Sitali, Nadishodhan, Kapalbhati pranayam.
- Do suryanamaskar daily.
- Do some asana also like bhujanga asana, trikona asana, gomukha asana and ardha chakra asana.
Sleep
Sleep plays an important role in maintaining the circadian rhythm and hormonal balance.
Hence, take proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. Sleep early at night at around 10pm and also wake up early in the morning at around 6am. Read books before sleeping for a good quality sleep.

कारण - सफेद दाग एक ऐसा विकार होना, जिसमें शरीर की प्रतिरक्षा प्रणाली ( Immune System) खुद रंग उत्पादन करने वाली कोशिकाओं (Melanocytes) को नष्ट कर देती है। शरीर मेंं अम्ल की अधिकता ऐसा होताा है। पाचन तंत्र स्वस्थ ना तो अम्ल की अधिकता हो जाती है।
क्रिएटिनिन (creatinine) हर किसी के ब्लड में और यूरिन में पाये जाने वाला वेस्ट, खराब प्रोडक्ट होता है। क्रिएटिन और क्रिएटिनिन के टेस्ट से ये मालूम पड़ता है, कि आपकी किडनी कितनी अच्छी तरह से काम कर रही हैं। नॉर्मल परिस्थितियों में, आपकी किडनी खुद ही इन सब्सटेन्स को फिल्टर करने के और आपके शरीर से निकाल बाहर करने के काबिल होती है। पाचन शक्ति कमजोर होने पर इस क्रिया में रुकावट पैदा करती हैं, जो कि क्रिएटिनिन की खतरनाक मात्रा में वृद्धि करने लग जाती है। ऐसे क्रिएटिनिन के लेवल को कम कर सकते हैं, जिसमें आपकी डाइट को बदलना, लाइफ़स्टाइल में कुछ बदलाव करना होगा।

समाधान - 1. अपने खाने में नमक की मात्रा बहुत कम लें। नमक में काला नमक का यूज़ करें। प्रोटीन भी सीमित करें। जानवरों से मिलने वाले सभी खाद्य पदार्थों का सेवन वर्जित है। ऐसा खाना जो कि देर तक पछता नहीं है उसका त्याग करें। जैसे दूध, गेहूं, मैदा, रिफाइंड नमक और रिफाइंड शुगर और पैकेट फूड।
फल, सब्जी, और कच्ची सब्जी का जूस को प्रतिदिन ले।
ऐसा करने से पाचन शक्ति मजबूत होगा और आंतों की सफाई हो पाएगी।
2. सूर्य की रोशनी में 20 मिनट का स्नान सूर्य की रोशनी से करें 5 मिनट सामने 5 मिनट पीछे 5 मिनट दाएं 5 मिनट बाएं भाग में धूप लगाएं।दुख हमेशा लेट कर लेना चाहिए धूप की रोशनी लेते वक्त सर और आपको किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक ले। सूर्य नारी मंद होने पर इन्फेक्शन अधिक होता है अतः आप जब भी सोए अपना दायां भाग ऊपर करके सोए।
3. प्रतिदिन अपने पेट पर खाने से 1 घंटे पहले या खाना खाने के 2 घंटे बाद गीले मोटे तौलिए को लपेटे एक तौलिया गिला करके उसको निचोड़ लें और हूं उस तौलिए को 20 मिनट तक अपने पेट पर लपेटकर रखें ऐसा करने से आपका पाचन तंत्र दुरुस्त होगा।
स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है।
नारियल के तेल रीढ़ की हड्डी पर घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।
4. हर 3 घंटे में लंबा गहरा श्वास अंदर लें उसको थोड़ी देर रोकें और फिर सांस को खाली करें। खाली करने के बाद फिर से रुके और फिर लंबा गहरा सांस ले। यह एक चक्र है ऐसा दिन में 10 चक्र करें केवल एक शर्त का पालन करें जब आप लंबा गहरा सांस ले रहे हैं तो अपनी रीढ़ की हड्डी को सीधा रखें ऐसा करने से आपके शरीर में ऑक्सीजन की मात्रा का बढ़ेगी और ऑक्सीजन का संचार सुचारू रूप से हो पाएगा।

5. खीरा 1/2 भाग धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।
फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।
दोपहर के खाने में सलाद नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ।
लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।
रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।
6. एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं।
हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।
7. उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।
