Namaste Omakr, Kidneys are one of the 5 major excretory organs with a vital function in the body. They clean the blood at least 300 times per hour. They excrete metabolic waste from the blood including medicines and bad food waste. People who consume meds stimulants like tea and coffee tax their kidneys considerably. You can follow these tips: 1. Alternate hot and cold packs for some time and then a cold pack must be given at the end of it all together for 20-30min. Helps relieve pain. 2. Please have cucumber + Karela or bitter gourd + tomato mix juice once a day say 100ml in the morning or as much as you feel you can. You might need frequent dialysis until your kidneys recover and toxins clear up while you are only in raw which I recommend. 3. Avoid meat dairy ( milk tea coffee curd ghee paneer cheese butter ) sugar jaggery salt ( use moderately in cooked only), outside packaged foods, sweets, oily foods, maida, refined oils, white rice, unpolished foods, wheat, maida Please d

Hi Rajesh Vasudevan, Thanks for sharing your query with us. We would like to draw your attention to Nature Cure perspective on the same. Nature Cure identifies the root cause of most diseases as TOXAEMIA - accumulation of toxins within the body. While some toxins are an output of metabolism, others are added due to unnatural lifestyle – wrong food habits, lack of rest, stress etc. If not eliminated, the toxins get built up and cause diseases. Nature has equipped us with the measures of eliminating the toxins on a regular basis - through breathing, stool, urine, sweat, mucus depositions in nose, eyes and genitals etc. When there are too much of toxins to be excreted through the kidneys, they are considerably taxed and consequently, they become very weak. In such cases, the waste matter (uric acid urates, crystalline salts such as oxalate of lime, phosphate of lime, or ammonia-magnesium phosphate of lime) tends to be deposited in the kidneys as stone. Here
