Take Ash gourd / safed petha juice everyday in the morning empty stomach it really help and add more water based fruits and vegetables in your diet.

Hello User, The reason you might be getting this type of condition is because of getting low vitamin C and getting exposed to excessive chemical-based products, which cause heat in the body, and skin becomes dry. The tamasic diet of state and adulterated food also causes this state. Here are some remedies which can help in healing skin as soon as possible. Eat: Start with food items like jaggery, dates, sprouts, green leafy vegetables, which help treating pigmentation. Starting your day with two-three glasses of warm water, which helps in flushing out all the toxins. This is the first step to take for healing your skin.
