Hi Sushil Goel, As per nature cure, avoid having sweet dishes immediately after a regular meal. This is because sweet foods are considered heavy and can be more difficult to digest when combined with other types of foods. However, it is important to address the root cause behind having sweet cravings before or after meals. Also, everyone has a craving for something but the wise always learn to manage it with healthier alternatives and plans to address the issue by making healthier lifestyle changes.
