Hi Senem Simsek, IBS or irritable bowel syndrome is a chronic digestive problem. We do know that it is a troublesome condition and does start affecting one's day-to-day functioning. Please consider this - as per nature cure, the main root cause of all kinds of disease or discomfort is TOXAEMIA - accumulation of un-eliminated toxins within the body. While some toxins are an output of metabolism, others are added due to an unnatural lifestyle – wrong food habits, lack of rest, stress etc. If not eliminated, the toxins get build up and cause diseases. While the body has an innate capacity to get rid of the toxins, it needs to be supported by way of providing it with the right inputs. Here are some guidlines to follow: 1. avoid wheat, dairy and non veg 2. add fruits, veggies, sprouts, nuts & seeds 3. adopt oil free cooking 4. avoid oil, spicy food, tea, coffee, processed food, sugar 5. do intermittent fasting 6. soak sun daily for 15-2

Hello User, The best advice for suffering from anxiety and panic attacks is to take a natural way to treat it. Going the natural way will only help in treating the episode but will also help in preventing it. As the stressors in today's lifestyle have increased be it for a student, a person working at home, or a corporate lifestyle everything needs to be tackled in a healthy manner. A lifestyle filled with green vegetables, fruits, exercise, and meditation is what is needed. Eat: Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improving the state of metabolism by increasing it. The inclusion of vegetable juice in your breakfast will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day. The next thing is going for a head massage, daily at night massage the head with coconut oil and aloe vera gel, this will help in soothing the nerves and reduce the episode of anxiety. Increasing Vitamin B12 and minerals in the diet will help

You need to keep your gut clean by eating the right food. Please avoid gluten, sugar and dairy products. In most cases, these are the biggest culprits. Avoid packaged foods as they are laden with chemicals & preservatives. Also avoid non-veg foods as they are difficult-to-digest. Eat simple, easy-to-digest nutritious foods that don't put pressure on your digestive system – fruits & veggies. Read more on whole plant based natural foods here. Understand concepts of raw and fresh foods, and that will help you identify the changes you need to bring in to your overall food and lifestyle.
