Probiotics: probiotics are helpful in maintaing and restoring gut and vaginal flora. 3. I had recurrent or resistant UTIs last year for which I took 7 rounds of antibiotics. Last antibiotic resolved my uti. But the previous one wiped all my gut microbiome. I now get autoimmune attacks in different parts, have sinus, and varicose veins symptoms. I have white patches on tongue which fade when I eat something spicy and then reappear. I tried many antifungals, probiotics, and diet changes. I have chances of a leaky gut due to the candida overgrowth in intestine. What can i do?

Remove all refined flour ,oil, processed sugar, white salt etc from your daily diet. Stop eating outside food. Stop consumption of processed and packaged food like stuffs. What can you eat? Lots of fresh ,locally grown, seasonal fruits. You can start your day everyday with it. Have more fruits for lunch. Hello Rajagopal, Sensitive bladder and urinary tract infection is a disease in our kidney region. Due to less healthy fluid intake and indulging in unhealthy beverages, our body gets inflammation. Also in the background, when we chronically have a high-fat diet and sedentary lifestyle, it ultimately causes inflammation leading to bladder problems and also weakening of bladder muscles. To treat this problem we should start with a light diet. In this case, only a multi-dimensional cure can help you. The main thing here is, it should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep and exercise which amalgamate for good health. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would
