Tuberculosis mostly affects the lungs but it may also affect other parts including kidney, liver, spine or brain. A good immune system is important to fight against such infections. For this, a good lifestyle, correct eating habits and sleeping pattern are essential. Diet Eat soaked raisins and dry fruits in your diet. This will help to provide the body with easily absorbable nutrients. Have fresh fruits like banana, pomegranate, papaya and also have fresh, seasonal and locally available green leafy vegetables. If the body pain and fever continue and acute episodes of tuberculosis, to rise the only ideal way to contact a nearby physician. Till then you can start doing these basic things which will help you gain some health. Please be in touch with your pulmonologist. Starting your day with something light in nature and easy to digest is what your breakfast should be. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. Hello, To cure any health issue and to be healthy, we should always follow a natural plant based diet and along with the correct diet, we should also follow a correct lifestyle. Foods to eat- Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water. This will help to flush out the toxins out of the body. Eat one amla daily or drink Vitamin C rich drinks like lemon juice, orange juice. Eat only plant based natural foods in your diet. Have fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables daily.
