Hi Minu, It is important to understand that a healthy skin mirrors a healthy body. Normally the liver, lungs and kidneys handle the job of filtering and elimination of body wastes. But when the system is congested with excess toxic load, the skin is called upon to handle waste elimination too. As the body throws out the wastes through the skin, we observe breakouts which are given different names like itchy skin, eczema, psoriasis, lupus, dermatitis, boils, acne etc., It also causes dull-looking skin with blotchy patches, warts, acne and boils to name a few. In reality, these are manifestations of eliminations happening through the skin due to excess toxic load in the body. Here are some diet & lifestyle guidlines: 1. Dairy, non-veg, processed foods, excess intake of grains, refined oils, sugar and salt tire the body as these foods are hard to digest and cause problems in the elimination of digestive waste. 2. A

Dear Mansoor, Thank you for sharing your concern with us. Skin eruptions happen because the body is fighting some inflammation or there's a toxic overload in the body. At this stage, we need to support the body to get rid of toxins naturally. You can follow these simple steps to cure naturally: 1. A teaspoon of coriander juice, mixed with a pinch of turmeric powder. Apply this paste after clean drying the affected area before going to sleep 2. Please Eat a clean diet: In the morning empty stomach 1 glass of ash gourd juice will help the body to remove the toxins. 3. Avoid All kinds of processed and packaged food items, consumption of these things will worsen the condition. 4. Keeping a gap of a minimum of 12 hrs between dinner and the next morning's breakfast. If you need more guidance you can get a consultation with our Hair & Skin Expert. To know more about how the body's healing mechanism works, you can read this article. For queries, you can contact

Hello Sonal, Skin issues may result due to the continuous use of chemical-based products or deficiency of Vitamin C. Skin issues may also result due to improper gut movement. Local application- Apply aloe vera gel mixed with coconut oil on the affected part. Take turmeric and add Gulab Jal to make a paste. Apply this paste on the affected part. Avoid the use of any chemical-based products. Diet Drink 3 to 4 glasses of warm water early in the morning on an empty stomach. This will help to clean the gut and flush the toxins out of the body. Have lemon juice or orange juice or one amla daily. This contains Vitamin C and will act as antioxidants. Eat salads, sprouts, nuts, and beans in your diet. Have freshly prepared homemade fruit juices with fibers. Drink plenty of water during the day. Avoid processed, packaged, oily, and spicy foods. Avoid dairy foods and animal products. Thank you
