Hello Simar, Endometriosis is a disorder in which tissue similar to the tissue that forms the lining of the uterus grows outside the uterus. The hormonal changes of your menstrual cycle affect the misplaced endometrial tissues. Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a hormonal disorder which is common in women of reproductive age. Women suffering from PCOS may have prolonged menstrual periods or infrequent periods. The exact cause of PCOS is not known. However, women having a family history of PCOS are more prone to this disorder. When the liver is unable to breakdown the fat as it normally does, then it leads to the accumulation of fats. Here are some ways to improve the overall health. Diet to follow- Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water. This will help to flush out the toxins out of

Hello Gayathri, Endometriosis is a common disorder in which the lining of the uterus, known as the endometrium, grows outside the uterus and onto the ovaries, fallopian tubes and other areas of the reproductive tract. Chocolate cysts are a subgroup of endometriosis. They may be a result of endometriosis. The lining of these cysts acts much the way the lining of the uterus does. Here it can produce inflammation and disrupt the ovaries. Here are some tips to follow for management. Diet to follow- Eating processed and preserved foods may contribute to inflammation. So, avoid processed, preserved and packaged foods. Add fruits, legumes and vegetables in your diet. Eat nuts, sprouts and soaked raisins in the morning. Add iron-rich foods like broccoli, spinach to your diet. Have magnesium-rich foods li

Hello Vidya, If we keep on loading ourselves with adulterated things and chemical-based products we are definitely going to be prone to any kind of illness, once the disease enters the body it is the whole body that needs to heal and not the part and this is what natural cure is all about. A disease of the reproductive system starts with the high fat and chemical-based diet that we are loading our gastrointestinal tract with. Any disease can make you pre-dispose to another, because of your lifestyle continuation, if you take care of your lifestyle at this moment than there are definite chances that you get your self treated well and your menstrual cycle will regularise. In any case, the cure remains the same, which is a holistic cure in nature's way. Eat: Start with food items like jaggery, dates, sprouts, green leafy vegetables which help in increasing iron content which helps in stopping the bleeding. Vitamin C addition helps in easy-iron absorption, for example adding le
