Hello Simar,

Endometriosis is a disorder in which tissue similar to the tissue that forms the lining of the uterus grows outside the uterus. The hormonal changes of your menstrual cycle affect the misplaced endometrial tissues.
Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a hormonal disorder which is common in women of reproductive age. Women suffering from PCOS may have prolonged menstrual periods or infrequent periods.
The exact cause of PCOS is not known. However, women having a family history of PCOS are more prone to this disorder.

When the liver is unable to breakdown the fat as it normally does, then it leads to the accumulation of fats. Eating excessive fatty foods, high cholesterol levels also lead to fatty liver. Some health conditions like obesity, diabetes, etc may also be the reason for fatty liver.

Here are some ways to improve the overall health.

Diet to follow-

  • Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water. This will help to flush out the toxins out of the body.
  • Drink green tea twice a day, one in the morning on an empty stomach and the other at night before sleeping.
  • Eat only plant-based natural foods.
  • Have fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables.
  • Include salads, sprouts, nuts, beans in your diet.
  • Cook oil-free.
  • Drink sufficient water during the day to be hydrated and to eliminate the toxins out of the body.

Foods to avoid

  • Avoid deeply fried oily foods and spicy foods.
  • Avoid processed and packaged foods.
  • Avoid carbonated drinks.
  • Avoid fatty foods, sugary foods, chocolates, junk foods.
  • Avoid tea and coffee.
  • Say no to alcohol and smoking.

Exercise

Being physically active is very important for good metabolism. It is also important for proper blood circulation in the whole body.

  • Start your day with a brisk morning walk of at least 30min.
  • Practice 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily.
  • Do bhujanga asana, hala asana, parvat asana, trikona asana.
  • Practice pranayam regularly, specially anulom-vilom and kapalbhati pranayam.

Sleep

Sleeping plays an important role in good health. It maintains the circadian rhythm, hormonal balance, and relieves stress.

Take proper sleep of at least 7-8hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning.

Thank you
