Hello Bhawan, Urinary incontinence means the inability to control urination. It may be due to urine retention or due to some functional problem or any disorder. What to do to manage urine incontinence? Urine retention is when your bladder doesn't get empty completely. For this, the following steps will help. Take plenty of water. Have a fibre-rich diet to avoid constipation to remove any unnecessary pressure on the bladder. Have fresh fruits, vegetables, soaked raisins. Include salads, sprouts, nuts and beans in your diet. Avoid junk food. Avoid refined oils, refined grains and refined sugars. Include whole grains in your diet. Functional problem is when you don't feel an urge to pee. For this, the following steps will help. Do exercise that strengthens your pelvic floor muscles. Wear clothes that are easy to remove as a precaution. Do follow these tips and if the problem still persists then consult a specialist. Thank you
