Running nose even after taking antibiotics, any natural remedy?

Hello, With the natural lifestyle, any problem can be resolved. Running nose may be the result of some allergy like allergy from dust, smoke, coal, pollution, etc.This allergy that you are facing is possible to cure by just making some small changes in the lifestyle and habits. Some habits to follow Put two drops of sesame oil in each nostril every morning. Practice anulom-vilom pranayam regularly. It will make the nasal passage clearer. Practice jal neti daily in the morning. Diet Some foods trigger allergic reactions that need to be avoided. So, avoid processed foods, packaged foods, spicy foods, deep-fried foods. Eat only plant-based natural foods. Include salads and sprouts in your diet. Have fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. Drink coconut water. Physical work Exercising daily is important to improve blood circulation in the whole body.

I get water from nose frequently. Pls suggest what could be the problem and how to cure permanently?

Hello Panduranga, Mostly a runny nose is caused by the common cold or allergic rhinitis or some infection. Other causes for runny nose include eating spicy food, gustatory rhinitis caused by cold weather or vasomotor rhinitis caused by nasal irritants such as strong odours. Here are some tips to follow to cure it. Diet Eat only plant-based products in your diet. Avoid dairy products and animal foods as they are not meant for the human digestive system and may result in allergic reactions. Avoid processed, packaged, and preserved foods. Drink Vitamin C rich drinks as they have antioxidant properties and will help to cure the infection. Drink lemon juice or orange juice or amla juice. Avoid refined grains. In place of refined grains, have whole grains like barley, millets, oats, etc. Use cold-pressed oil for cooking instead of refined oils. Hi I'm 22 years old, i have been suffering from sinus since (i dont even remember) but one of my nasal passage is always blocked and post nasal drips are always occurring due to which my breath stinks. Whenever i blow my nose nothing comes out of it but inflammation stays and whenever i go for bath my nasal passage automatically opens. Please follow the given basic guide lines 1 Learn pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system. 2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset. 3 Get in touch with Mother Earth. Continuous pain in the throat n running nose for many days now. Have been taking Mix of ginger honey n lemon. It gives temp relief. Any one any suggestion. Especially for the pain.

Go for only fruit, raw vegetable salads and raw veg juice diet for 1-2 days with lots of rest. Just target for a day at a time. Go for pineapples they give lot of relief in cold and fever. Go for fruits with high water content as they are most efficient detoxifiers. Do onion juice with honey twice a day. You must know that the body is sending a signal for rest, physically mentally and digestively. Along with lowering your digestive load, make sure you are resting well and amply. Sleep earlier if not already doing, and go in the sun too.
