Hi Sanchal Shrirame, Thank you for sharing your concern with us! Before jumping to the solution let's understand the reason behind seasonal flu. Wrong living practices like the wrong foods, smoking, eating without true hunger or in the wrong state of mind, lack of rest, sunlight and exercise, pollution etc build up toxins in the body. These toxins irritate the tissues in the body and become inflamed. So, the body opens up the mucous membranes to drain out the toxins via the mucous resulting in cold. Cough is a natural mechanism to throw out dust, germs & any other irritants from the respiratory system and fever is your body's natural mechanism to fight germs & purify blood. Here are some guidelines to follow: 1. Include easy to digest foods such as coconut water, fruits and vegetables in the form of salads, juices, smoothies, soups etc. 2. Avoid all forms of animal products, tea, coffee, processed foods, grains, nuts and seeds an

Namaste Sanjib, We understand that it must be challenging for you to deal with this condition. Toxic overload is the basic root cause of all diseases. Due to insufficient elimination of toxins (via kidneys, skin & lungs) the body gets clogged and the toxins cause inflammation of tissues. Cold is inflammation of the inner lining of the nose. Now, your gut is like a chief minister of your body, it knows every small thing happening in your body. so when ur body dealing with a cold, it uses all its energy to fight the inflammation and that's why u don't feel the motion and sometimes hunger too. Easy steps to deal with this: when you start providing the alkaline environment cold and sneezing get cured and bowel movements will get in normal sync 1. Include bael and pears in your diet. both help in regular bowel movements. 2. Ginger Tea: Add an inch of ginger into boiled water and it will help in cold. 3. Lime juice should be diluted in a glass of warm water and a teaspoonfu

Hello User, Cough and cold may be due to allergies or due to some infection or it may also be the result of a deviated septum. An excessive and abnormal mucous formation may also indicate some infection in the body. This may also be the result of excess toxins accumulated in the body. However, the problem can be managed by following a natural lifestyle and by making some changes in the diet. Some tips Gargle with warm water with rock salt added in it twice a day. Take steam daily once in a day. If possible add neem leaves in boiling water and take its steam. Drink herbal tea twice a day. Use hot water for taking bath. Drink warm water during the whole day. Prepare a decoction using adrak, long, dalchini, haldi and tulsi. Drink 15ml of this decoction daily twice a day. Diet Start the day with a glass of warm water. Include Vitamin C in your diet like blueberries, amla, oranges, lemon, etc. It has antioxidant properties. Have a light and nutritious breakfast. Have a bowl
I m 51 years of age. Female. I have cold, cough, sinus issues since I was a teenager. The chronic problem is so deep that I have a bit of deviated septum. N my nose remains blocked day & night n my ears remain blocked too. I feel like water is there inside. I take a lot of steam, though the problem remains but I feel at ease a little bit. But nowadays that too is not helping much. My hearing is much affected because of this. Pls suggest what to do.

Hello Siddharth, Everything works in sync in order to give a holistic treatment. Our body is constructed in a simple manner in which it can only take nutrients from things which are simple and easily digestible. When we load our body with high fat, a chronic lethargic diet, with adulterated and packaged food, then it starts causing the problem not only in digestion, but also it is tough for it to absorb nutrients from which causes immunity being weak causing cold and cough. Hence, diet plays a major role in them, the regime which is filled with diet and exercise is how you amalgamate everything for a better healthy and good lifestyle. Here are a few tips which will help you. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water
