Hello User, Your concern with health is appreciative, due to continuous exposure to complex carbohydrates. Now, we make sure you get your stomach a relief. Once you get into the habit of light food and light type of food will bring your body to homeostasis. If your body is getting the right type of food and adequate minerals it will regain its energy and health soon. The main thing here is, it should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep, and exercise which amalgamate for good health. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. Make dry fruit laddu 15-20 dates and 15-20 anjeer, and 15-20 kismis, 15-20 munakka aur khurbani deseeded, chopped and ground and make ladu.
Hi since past 3-4 days I am having dizziness and shaking feeling including tingling of mouth. I also feel low in energy whilst my diet consumption has substantially increased. I eat 3 bananas at around 8 Am, 1 apple at 9 am, take my BP medicine at 9. 30, then have soaked dryfruits , 4 chikoos, 2 tomatoes, 2 cucumbers, at 11. 30 am, 1 pm regular meal - 4 small chapati, sabji, dal rice, 1 banana again at 5 pm followed by brown bread sandwich in office and dinner at 9 pm 4 chapati sabji.

Hi pls do not mix dry fruits and nuts. They are different food groups, and should be consumed separately. Munaka, Raisins are dry fruits while peanuts, almonds, sesame, kaju are nuts.
