Hello! I have back pain problem - while standing for long time. I usually observe this when I'm working in kitchen for long time. When I am resting it is less but once I get to work again it starts. It is in the middle of lower back. Plz suggest.

Hello Kumar, Pain in the lower back can be caused due to postural problems, also due to not getting a good amount of exercise. Minerals like potassium and calcium help in improving muscular and bone pain. A good diet and exercise can surely be helpful.
