I don't know why white hair rapidly increasing on my leg. My age is only 23 plz help me. Tell me any exercise and pranayam to cure it.

Hello, Unhealthy hair and skin reflect the unhealthy state of our internal health like an excessive accumulation of toxins in the body which is usually due to a high-fat diet and improper lifestyle. White hair problems can be cured by pranayam but along with that, a proper diet is also essential. Diet Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water. This will help to flush out the toxins out of the body. Include Vitamin C in the diet. Drink lemon juice, orange juice or have blueberries, amla, etc. Have whole grains like barley, millets, oats, etc in place of refined grains. Use cold-pressed oil for cooking instead of refined oils. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. Drink coconut water. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to be hydrated.
