It is a great way to reduce pain and inflammation in the legs due to varicose veins. It helps by reducing vein enlargement and pain in the legs. You cannot reuse the mud once used. Apart from the mud packs, here are some tips for the management of varicose veins naturally. To do- Do some light stretching exercises early in the morning. Perform bhujanga asana,paschimottan asana. Add ginger, black pepper to your food. Have the only plant-based, natural foods for your meals. Have fresh fruits and vegetables. Drink a lot of water to flush out the toxins out of the body. To avoid- Avoid standing for a long time.
