Hello Krishna, Eye health greatly depends on our diet, lifestyle and sleeping pattern. Using excessive electronic equipments like computer, laptops, TV, etc, pollution, dust and stress may lead to eye problems. For healthy eyes, some lifestyle and dietary changes are necessary. Diet Start the day with a glass of warm water. This will help to remove the toxins out of the body. Include Vitamin C in your diet like have lemon juice or orange or amla. Have soaked nuts, dry fruits and sprouts to get the easily absorbable nutrients. Have carrots, fresh green leafy vegetables like spinach and fresh fruits. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to be hydrated. Habits Put gulab jal in your eyes. Wash the eyes with cold water 3 to 4 times a day. Make a habit of doing exercise or yoga daily. Perform ardha shirsha asana, parvat asana as they will improve the blood circulation. Avoid excessive use of electronic devices like mobiles, laptops, tv, com

Hello User, Once the disease enters the body, it is the whole body that needs to heal and not just the part and this is what natural cure is all about. Bartholin cysts are just an inflammatory reaction of our body which is towards how we are loading our body with complex nutrition. A disease of the reproductive system starts with the high fat and chemical-based diet that we are loading our gastrointestinal tract with. Any disease can make you pre-dispose to another, because of your lifestyle continuation, if you take care of your lifestyle at this moment than there are definite chances that you get yourself treated well and your menstrual cycle will regularise with your inflammation getting cured. But we have to treat our body on the whole so that we can even stop any future problems with our reproductive tract. In any case, the cure remains the same, which is a holistic cure in nature's way. Eat: Start with food items like jaggery, dates, sprouts, green leafy v
How and why to adopt Jaggery instead of Sugar for Healthy lifestyle?

Jaggery (or gur) is made from unrefined sugar, and is obtained by boiling raw, concentrated sugar cane juice till it solidifies. Although jaggery is also made from the sap of coconut and date palm, the one made from sugar cane is the one that's used most widely. Not only is gur better than white sugar--which only adds empty, digestible, natural calories to your body--it also has a number of health benefits, including its ability to cleanse the body, aid in digestion and provide good amounts of minerals. Here are some health benefits that will make you want to adopt jaggery as your go-to sweetener for everyday purposes: Gur prevents constipation by aiding digestion. It activates the digestive enzymes in our body, thus helps in proper digestion of food. That's why many people prefer eating jaggery after a meal. Gur acts as a detox, as it helps cleanse the liver by flushing out nasty toxins from the body. Jaggery is loaded with antioxidants and minerals like zinc and selenium,

Hi. Body is tuned to be in a state of balance.....only when we let it be. Actions that interfere in body's default mode - Artificial hormonal intake, i.e. dairy, non veg, medicines Chemicals - personal care & home care products, pollution, packaged foods Increased acidity in the body - diet rich in acidic foods such as grains, tea / coffee, refined foods, junk foods, oily spicy foods, etc, stress, sedentary lifestyle Actions that support body's default mode - Eat whole foods, not refined Lots of raw fruits & veggies. Strive for atleast 50% of your food intake to be raw. Exercise regularly. Spend time in sun every morning 15-20 minutes. Stay happy. Ensure sleep of around 8 hours every night. This may sound very generic. But that's the whole point. Let your body be!! ,
