My eye power is -2. 0, how can I reduce to zero? I don't like to wear glasses, is wearing glasses compulsory?

Hello User, Eye health greatly depends on our diet, lifestyle and sleeping pattern. Using excessive electronic equipments like computer, laptops, TV, etc, pollution, dust and stress may lead to eye problems and weak eyesight. For healthy eyes, some lifestyle and dietary changes are necessary. Diet Start the day with a glass of warm water. This will help to remove the toxins out of the body. Include Vitamin C in your diet like have lemon juice or orange or amla. Have soaked nuts, dry fruits and sprouts to get the easily absorbable nutrients. Have carrots, fresh green leafy vegetables like spinach and fresh fruits. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to be hydrated. Habits Put gulab jal in your eyes. Wash the eyes with cold water 3 to 4 times a day. Make a habit of doing exercise or yoga daily. Perform ardha shirsha asana, parvat asana as they will improve the blood circulation. My friends mom got her cataract eye operation done in both eyes. She often gets eye redness plus pain in both the eyes. She is taking proper medication from hospital. She also takes steriods for this reason in the form or eyes drops. Eye redishess and pain is often repeated , can you tell the causes and remedies and by when it will be resolved?

I am 25 years old IT employee. I use to sit most of the time with computer screen. I am already using power glasses for eyesight. Now, with this computer screen my eyes are strained a lot and some times my left eye feels so painful. Please suggest me some how to decrease this eyestrain. Thanks in advance.
