I was following Ketogenic diet last year for three months and lost 12 Kg’s. More than the weight, I was happy to see the stubborn fat in my troubled areas - calves, thighs, butts melt away. Now more than the weight, I hate to see the love handles, fat on the troubled areas creeping back. I eat thoughtfully, but do not want to eliminate any food group. I try to limits my carbs, but maybe as I am suffering from hypothyroid, the carbs create havoc with my fat loss with healthy eating! Pls guide.
